As the weather gets colder, can't wait to wear my Classic Mini boots. I find it difficult to wear the full size boots - hard to get them on. But with these boots I can enjoy the comfort of UGGs.

I own a pair of Uggs from years back so I was hoping to add another pair. Unfortunately I had to return them because they were too snug. My current pair comes in a wide but I realized they no longer come in wide. They just feel too narrow. The return process was very easy and customer service was great.

Quality was as good as my other UGG products. The size runs small on this style. I am a 6, they came in marked 6 , but are a struggle to get on even with socks.

I usually have great experiences with Uggs, but this pair feels off. It's not comfortable to walk in- I feel like I'm sliding almost as if the boot is leaning. Maybe I got a defective pair.

Cut seems smaller and they don't hold shape like they used to. Return process is frustrating and customer service is lacking.

I love Uggs but I just feel that the quality has gotten cheaper everyone wants a pair of Uggs as they get sold out so fast in sizes they factory are making them fast but the quality is just not the same as years ago.. why are they so hard to put on I gotta fight to put them on once in yes they are my size lol

I ordered a pair of the classic mini II boots in chestnut from a company called The Shoe Company . I received them a few days ago and first time wearing them was today. After wearing them for an hour I realized that my boots were 2 different colors of brown (chestnut). One was darker than the other. Now I'm really disappointed

Bought these as a birthday gift for my wife. The shipping date changed multiple times and I ended up receiving them on the day of her birthday and did not have time to wrap them so she got a box with UGG written on the side which ruined the surprise. After trying them on she realized that although both boots were labeled as the same size one was clearly smaller than the other and pretty uncomfortable. We reached out to UGG about this and were offered a refund but the color she wanted was out of stock and there was no telling when this specific color was going to be back in stock. She has decided to keep them because it's a hassle to return them and it was unclear if she would ever get the color she wanted. For what they cost the entire experience was pretty disappointing.

The boots are exactly what we purchased. The only problem is that the top opening on the right boot has been sewn together more tightly than the left. Making it very difficult for my daughter to get her foot in to it.

I love the color and size of these boots. I was nervous going for blue but it is the perfect shade in person!! Functionality wise- I have leg issues and these shoes cause my leg pain to be a bit more painful. It would be helpful if the boots came with a flat insole option. These shoes make my imbalance a lot worse.

The boot is quite hard to get on. But once on very comfortable.

Bought the boots online and received them in less than one week. The boots were in great condition and unscratched. Unfortunately, I couldn't get my foot into the boot and there was no wiggle room to try. I wanted to exchange them for another pair at the outlet but the boots available where not of the same quality.

My daughter picked these out for Xmas. When they arrived I thought the color seemed "off". The color is called antelope/brown and the boots we received match that item number. However, the color is truly an olive green. Beautiful color, but not at all brown. We're sending them back and will get a different color when back in stock.

These shoes look awesome and feel comfortable when you initially slip them on however while walking around for a few minutes I noticed it makes my feet feel achy and sore, not great for the feet but they look really cool. I had to size up

Will never purchase again online.

I got my first pair of UGGs in 2008-2009. They were well made with great stitching and lasted forever. I ordered these with the same expectations but was ultimately disappointed. The quality of these boots has severely been diminished into a mass production overpriced boot. The stitching is poor with fur sticking out and it's not even in a straight line. The fur itself was falling out of the boot. I don't believe these would last very long at all.

They were too big and the feel is not the same. Feels as if they were worn already

Don't know if something has changed over the past years but the quality isn't there anymore. They don't feel the same, look cheap. Not impressed. Better off buying a less expensive brand. This will be the last time, very overrated.

I ordered the Antilope which I saw as a darker brown that wouldn't show dirt or spots. The color when they arrived was a yucky green. Had to exchange them for a grey pair since they had in my size. Really wish the antiope was actually brown though.

Uggs have a good reputation, and they are ALWAYS on trend. I didn't want to get the chestnut ones, because that's the color that most people have. So I went and ordered the Eve Blue ones. In the picture they show the boot with a different shade of blue on the heel, making it pop and give the boot a bigger flare. The brown on the sole is also a different shade, making it stand out, which is the whole reason I went with this particular color, traditional style in a sort of unique color. HOWEVER, the boots I received are NOTHING like the picture online. The blue almost looks black, there's not different shade on the heel and the sole is not the same brown, making it look like a plain old black boot. The sizing is fine, the product looks sturdy, you get that UGG quality we all love, but I am brokenhearted over the color.
