Was very excited to get these UGG's. Perfect fit (I ordered a size 9), very comfortable and keeps your feet toasty. I love Zappos, but it always takes me a while to save up for a nice present to me. But, always worth waiting for. Thanks Zappos. Great job. I'm once again impressed.

Super cute!! Love the minis! The color I bought is called Port... it’s a cross between brown and burgundy. I’d buy these again in a heartbeat. Great purchase!!

Tight at first but comfortable

I love these! I have traditional Uggs, but I don’t wear them in AZ. A cold snap of 31° has changed my mind, and these short ones don’t seem so out of place!

The boots were perfect. Easy to order from website and I love the enthusiasm of everyone. The joke of the day almost always makes me laugh. The shipping is fantastic!!

I bought these to replace my 10-year-old Uggs that finally succumbed to their age and really wasn't sure what size to buy. My old Uggs were a size 8, but many of the reviews I was reading said to size down. I'm a 7-7.5, so I ordered the size 7 and the size 8, knowing I could return the ones that did not fit (thank you, Zappos!). When I got the new shoes, I compared them to my old ones and discovered that my old size 8 and the new size 7 were exactly the same size. So if you are looking to replace an older pair of Uggs, I would recommend sizing down; it appears that the company has changed its sizing since the last time I bought Uggs.

Bought these to use as slippers as my feet are freezing in winter and I thought the little ankle would provide extra warmth. Bingo, perfect. Toasty warm. Sizing is way off. I wear 9 in most shoes, 9 or 9.5 is structured Uggs but an 8 in this style.

The fit was perfect, and thanks to a previous review, I knew how to put these boots on. Love them, warm and cozy and so comfy.

I love Uggs! I wear a size 9 but ordered a size 8 because this shoe runs big. The fit is perfect! I will definitely order another pair!

I received the taller boots for Christmas but wanted to try the Mini II. I do like them both. I wear a size 12 and there is room for regular thickness of socks. The Mini II was a little larger in the heel for me than the taller boot for some reason. I have vein issues so the binding at the top of the Mini II was uncomfortable for me when it rubbed against the front of my leg when I walked around the house, so I will be keeping the taller UGG boots. I agree the Mini II is harder to pull on but using the tab in the back solved that issue.
