I bought these boots as a gift for my daughter. They run true to size and according to my daughter, are the most comfortable boots/shoes ever! Had to send first pair back due to the pull on tab /loop coming apart from the boot. I emailed the company regarding the issue, sent the boots back and within 1 week I had a new pair of boots! Great purchase- great customer service!

Uggs stretch so I buy a 7 when I usually wear a 7.5 in sneakers and other boots, heels, and flats. I have these in many colors because I wear them, as does my daughter, indoors as slippers on our tile floors as much as outdoors.

Uggs stretch out with wear so I buy a 7 instead of an 8 when I typically wear a 7.5 in sneakers and other types of boots, flats, heels, and wedges. I have these boots in 4 or 5 colors because I wear them indoors as slippers in the coldest weather as much as I wear them outdoors.
