These boots were comfortable out of the box. I wore them to work for 10 hours and received several compliments. They aren't the most stylish shoes for a working professional, but they make my wide flat feet happy. Those who have high arches may need extra supportive insoles.

These are the best purchase I've ever made! I will be making another! These are so comfy and warm! I love the booties! So cute when you roll your pants with these! I have several pair of uggs and they never disappoint!

Very cute boot. Love the color. I am typically an 8 1/2 and purchased a 9. Unfortunately had to returns. If I could order again I would say order your size down.

I bought these boots as a gift for my daughter. They run true to size and according to my daughter, are the most comfortable boots/shoes ever! Had to send first pair back due to the pull on tab /loop coming apart from the boot. I emailed the company regarding the issue, sent the boots back and within 1 week I had a new pair of boots! Great purchase- great customer service!
