WAAAY more narrow in the toe box than advertised, prepare to be squeezed, and not in the good way.

For supposedly being the equivalent of EEEEE in width, they sure we're good for cramming my pinky toe under the next one. The result is walking around all day crushing your own toe with every step. These boots suck, and are NOT wide. No nice way to say it.

I ordered these shoes because they were one of a few that came in a 5E width. The width was much narrower than other 4E shoes I've ordered. I returned the shoes because they were too tight to wear. It was disappointing that the width was so far off what the manufacturer advertised.

I didn't receive the shoes. Payment was declined. I called to fix the problem and the person didn't do what I asked and it was declined again. Ordering a pair of shoes shouldn't be that difficult. So I said screw it. I will get shoes some place where the customer service is good.

Shoe was too heavy.

Appears quality construction, but Propet’s width standard is WAY off! These were sold as 4E, but these are 2E at best.

Granted, I walk around 7-8 miles on some days, but the soles of these shoes had worn through within a month. Since they weren't very durable, I don't believe I will buy this brand in the future.

Terrible fit!! I needed a wide toe box and went up a size to help with the toes. Also the heal was way too wide. This shoe failed on all accounts. Way too narrow on the toes and the length was tight. Also the shoe was very heavy. Total disappointment. That I need from Zappos is better dimensions in millimeters on the true size for length and width on the shoes you sell!

I wear 9.5 3E. Ordered 10 5E. Length was correct, but was much narrower than 5E or even 3E. I should have heeded the other reviews. Appears to have been returned previously multiple times.

The shoe was too wide at the heel.

Says 5e width but never had any of these Propet shoes that tight in the toe area.

I ordered the widest version for my wide toe box. This shoe is wide everywhere but the toe box! The sides of my feet feel like they are bursting out of the sides of the shoes. Returning.

Not Even Close on the 5E Width. I ordered the 11.5 5E on this shoe, hoping to have enough room in the toe box. Not even close. This felt almost like a D width shoe, maybe an E, but definitely not a 5E. And the toe box was too narrow and low. If you need a shoe with a roomy toe box, look elsewhere.

Left shoe about a half size smaller than right shoe. Perhaps mislabeled at origin. Uncomfortable. Returned. Would not trust Propet brand in the future.

I bought Propet in 2017/18 (?) and I was very happy with them. Because of that experience I bought another pair in 2019/20 (?) but found them too tight especially in the toe. I foolishly kept them thinking they would "break in" but the pandemic started and I forgot about them until recently. So I tried them again and they were a big disappointment. I figured Zappos would not want them back after such a long time so I threw them out (they were in new condition-my loss). Now, this recent purchase is yet another disappointment. They're too loose fitting and I found my heel rising with each step. I think I'm done with Propet.

These are so narrow. Son needed a 5E and these are narrower than the extra wide he is wearing now from sketchers. They even look really narrow

Here are a couple of comparisons. Just bought two pairs of Skechers size 14 extra wide. Those are actually a little two large and too roomy for me, nevertheless bought as they are comfy. I tried a 13 extra wide in one of them just to see, but one foot was too tight on the instep. I WISH they made 13 1/2. Oh well. My Allen Edmonds dress shoes are 14 3E. Tried a Propet Stability Walker 14 extra wide. I returned those since they were too big. Reviews said these Propet Ridge Walker Low 14 extra wide run narrow. WOW is that true. I thought maybe these are my 13 1/2 extra wide in disguise! Nope, not at all. There is NO room in the toe box. They feel like 13 medium - NOT 13 extra wide, not 13 wide. Hope this helps.

These fit at least 1 size smaller than labeled.

The shoe is very sturdy but too narrow, even at a 5E size. The length of the shoe lace is ridiculously short. For an extra wide shoe, one would think the manufacturer would adjust the shoe lace size by making it longer. I was barely able to tie it if using the last eye on the shoe. It looked really silly. If you're not supposed to use the last eye, why have one? The tongue was also pretty narrow and, towards the top, the sock was visible between the tongue and the shoe material. I could detect no arch support so this is probably not a great walking shoe -- at least not for someone with a tall arch, like me. The shoe itself looks very nice. However, there are too many flaws so I am returning it.

These shoes are NOT waterproof people. I live in Oregon and it rains a lot. The shoe is comfortable but not waterproof....

Bought these for my hubby and he can't wear them hurt the bottom of his feet. Don't buy theses shoes not made well.....$85 down the drain
