My foot is a little wide, and I could have waited till the show broke in, but the elastic straps were very tight over the top of my arch.

Though I would love these shoes, and also ordered them in black. They're a great style, provide good arch support, and I was really happy to have discovered Earthies. However, they slip in the heel, and although I bought grips to prevent that from happening, they're uncomfortable, and do not work for me. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with the black, as they were worn. I wouldn't recommend these unless you spend a lot of time trying them out on carpeting to be sure they're going to work for you. I also ordered another style that don't work for the same reason: heels that slip badly. My first and last orders from Earth/Earthies.

It's difficult for me to judge the fit of these shoes. Whoever repacked these shoes (it looks like these were returned) forced the cardboard mold, which is supposed to keep the shape of the front of the shoe, into the shoe upside down and backwards. This stretched the arch and heel out of shape. Needless to say, I am returning them. It's a shame. They are a good looking shoe, more conservative than I expected but still nice.

I love Earthies! I have two other pair that I wear all the time. I love the look of this shoe, but it is just too narrow in the toe. I am disappointed.

So cute, but didn't work for me. I wear a 42 or 11, depending on the manufacturer. My feet are low volume and flat, and this style didn't fit my foot. The straps were too loose, and the shoe felt a tad too short. Going up a size wouldn't work for me. Too bad, because I love the style.

First, I have a corrected bunion on my R foot and a big one on my left, with a little Tailor's bunion on my small L toe. So width is a relative thing. These shoes are CUTE. They have so much great padding in the foot that for most people they'll be amazing 'go to' shoes. Unfortunately, they cut in at the wrong place on both sides of my feet. I love the construction, high quality, super great padding, and sweet attention to detail. So if you don't have bunions, go for it. Seriously sad they didn't work for me.

Overall I really like these shoes. I have only worn them a handful of times and the elastic straps are a bit tight. The back also digs into my heal if I wear them for more than a few hours. I'm hoping that they will stretch overtime. Otherwise I'm happy with my purchase.

Very cute shoes and comfy. Need arch support, especially in flat shoes because of high arches and past history of plantar fasciitis. Did have to send first pair back and order 1/2 size larger (rare for me) and that's the beauty of Zappo's -- they make it soooo easy!

I'm sad to return these shoes but they run so small and my next half size up is out of stock. I wear an 8 in all other earthie flats so I assumed I would be an 8 in these as well.

I really wanted to love these shoes as tgey were really cute, but they didn't fit. I usually wear an 8.5 in flats, but my heel slipped right out of the shoe. The 8 was too small and the elastic straps on top were too tight.

Love the style and typically Earth brand fits well, however these have a strange fit. Disappointed, but unable to wear them.

I usually wear a 6 1/2 to 7 somewhere between regular width and wide. I ordered these in a size 7 medium. They are cute flats with nice smooth leather, with a little more detail than ballet flats, just what I was looking for, but they were too small every which way. Strange because the other pair of Earth shoes I bought were size 7 and too long. It seemed like the insole would be cushy and comfortable, but I could barely get my feet in them. Since the back cut into my foot, I'm not even going to try a larger size. Sending them back and I'll try a different brand. I wish they weren't cut so small.

I have been searching for a comfortable work shoes that has arch support and bunion friendly. These shoes are comfortable and have arch support, but they are little on the heavier side. I am true 7, but after reading reviews I ordered both 7 and 7.5. Sadly it didn't work out for me. My ankles were sliding out on size 7. I may try 6.5 in the future but I am tired of returning atm.

Comfortable and good looking but the elastic laces were too baggy and cannot be adjusted.

I love the style of this shoe but it runs small and narrow. I might try the next 1/2 size up.

Unlike other reviews, I found it ran at least a size larger and the strap attachments chafed.

These shoes are great. I usually have pain in my heel and the ball of my foot, but these are supportive and have a more structured look to them. HOWEVER, the elastic band that runs over the top of your foot is ungodly painful. It is WAY too tight. I cut mine off and will lace a looser elastic, or maybe ribbon, through the shoe. The back will have to be stitched, that loop is sewn directly to the original elastic. Buy this shoe if you don't mind a bit of alteration work. It isn't just the top of the foot that ends up dented, the elastic pulls on the heel and presses it into your achilles tendon--worn frequently enough, I can easily imagine tendon issues resulting ...

Gorgeous, comfy shoes. Unfortunately, the elastic cord broke in multiple places after two months of occasional (not heavy!) wear, making them useless. WAY to expensive to only last two months. Very disappointing.

Disappointed in these shoes. Just not the quality, comfort or style that I expected. I think that there are better options for the price.
