Really cute, but the leather is stiff and they were way too big. Back they go!

I tried these on at a Dr. Martens store; glad I did. I have wide calves and hoped that the shaft actually wrapped and buckled, and it does(!) which means they're slightly adjustable in circumference. However, they did not adjust wide enough to fit my calves. Additionally, it was very tough to get my heel past the ankle, even with the half-zipper, which means it would've been impossible for me with winter socks. SUPER cool-looking, though.

Beautiful Boot but runs large. Sending for a smaller size. I wear a 10.5 and ordered the 10, but need a size down.

This is a stylish boot but the size is truly off. I returned it for two sizes down.

These have been my totally go to boots.......its hard to find another pair of boots that are as comfortable and look good

SoOO happy I found these!!! Got these as a gift from a friend, and these boots are amazing. I love the look of them; the leather is smooth and very attractive and they are really cute on. I'm 6"2 and they come up a little higher than mid calf. Even without a lot of arch support the foot bed is very comfortable. They do run a little larger, I would recommend sizing down if you're in between sizes. The foot bed is large and square, a little clunky like most Dr. Martens. I usually wear a size 10, but instead of sizing down I ordered my true size and they fit nicely with a thick boot sock still a little loose but I think they would be too tight if I went one size down. My calves are average sized so the shaft fits nicely, but if you have thick calves you may have trouble getting them on comfortably even with the buckles. I am wearing them with thick socks and still have a bit of room in the calf.

FYI, these are UK sizes. I didn't realize. They're huge, must be exchanged. : (

My normal size was way too big, but once I received the next size down I fell in love. They are so comfortable! Still on the big side but they look so good, who cares!

SO difficult to get on! The leather looks too shiny - not like the photo - as though it's a rain boot. Will be returning these.

They seemed a little clunky. Both in appearance and to put on. Overall I felt like it looked more like a rain boot than a fine leather boot. I have had a pair of brown Milly's for years and I wish I could just get those in black.

These felt more like rain boots than something you'd wear out. The leather around the heels was very stiff and didn't mold well. They are definitely running large so consider sizing down if you opt for these. I was hoping to find something cute comfortable and casual yet stylish- these are not it! Thank you Zappos for being so great with returns. I went with miz mooz Bennett instead and love them.

I wanted to love these, but didn't! They look and feel a bit more like rain boots than something you'd wear out. Super stiff and big around the ankles. Size 8 tends to be snug for me when wearing boots but I was swimming in these size 8s. If I loved the style and feel of them in person, I'd have exchanged. Zappos is awesome and though... so returning was a breeze.

They were stiff around the ankles and just didn't feel comfortable. I wear anything from 7.5 to 9 in shoes- usually 8.5 in boots. Got these in 8 and was swimming in them.
