Came a day early, excited about that. But. Went to the neighbor house instead of mines, so please watch the mail. Otherwise great sale on the boots.

I've worn the boots a couple times and so far i like them. they are comfortable and look great. The only negative this (why i gave it 4 stars) are the laces. They always loosen. I have to buy laces. You'd think they would include better laces for such a nice boot.

FYI: this boot is 200g Primaloft insulated. I wish they would advertise this in the product features!.. none of them are listed.

This is a great boot. Timberland put rivers in the outside and the tongue is attached to the sides and warps under the laces making this boot truly waterproof. The rubber is at least an inch thick and the leather is tough.
My complaints are 1) they are hard and need to be broken in and 2) they are big and 3) they slip on wet floor. The first is fine but it does take a few weeks to months to break them in. The second requires a boot insert, which again is fine, but adds to the cost. Also the boot fits great toe to heel, but is high in the toe box, so a smaller size wouldn't help if it shortens the boot. The third problem isn't fixable, although it happened only happened once. I live in the Midwest so snow is a problem from October to May. I bought a different pair that had (unadvertised) slip resistant treads, but these are their standard tread. Again it was once, in the rain, on a slick tile floor, and I've been on wet tile since then with no problems but if a job requires slip resistant shoes it might be a good idea to test these first before you work a full shift. That being said I've worn them for two weeks now and they are beautiful boots, I've taken them down hiking trails and on full nine hour in my feet shifts. They handle anything and are a great reason to wear Timberland.

I bought these boots with the intention of wearing them at my new job as an EMT and they work great! They fit well to my foot and they're not too bulky or heave. I feel very secure in these boots.

These are cool but I returned them and got the premium boots because they are field boots..maybe sometime in the future I might get them again..probably when I have a job that requires these kind of boots.

I work on a vineyard and from day one I knew this was a good choice. Comfortable, no need to break in shoe and can stand all day without feet hurting.
