Looks great. Very very light. The wheels are fantastic.
But this comes at a price. The material is very thin. Can easily be bent. I doubt this will last for frequent travelers.

Have not used it yet for a flight. Have only used it for a business trip that I drove. When I say flimsy it gives a lot but does seem durable. My first flight trip will be in July so will see how it holds up to the TSA abuse. The greatest thing about this suitcase is its capacity and has two seperate zippered compartments. The zippered compartments keeps your clothes nicely packed and neatly orhanized. So far I love this suitcase and the only reason holding back one star is that I have not tested it to the rigours of flight

It's durable but read a bad review about the wheels If that happens when I fly with it to Alaska cruise in July I'm coming back to tell all

The combination lock would not open. There were no instructions on how to open the lock (I would later discover the written instructions INSIDE the locked suitcase). I could not get any customer service. I sent an email but received no reply. I eventually had to go through every combination of three digits, starting at 000, until I discovered that the lock was programmed at 928. Ridiculous. The worst customer service ever.

Got this because of its light weight and figured, with the Samsonite name, it'd be good quality. Soooo sooo wrong. Firstly, the TSA lock got damaged during my first flight using the bag. Would not open with the code or by any other means. Took hours of my vacation taking apart the zippers just to get into it. Secondly, it looked like it had been through a tornado, after one flight. Had so many knicks, dents and scratches, you'd think I'd been using it for years. Cannot use it again because the zippers are now broken. So very expensive for having only used it once!

The combination lock was locked when it arrived. THERE WERE NO AVAILABLE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO UNLOCK THE SUITCASE. In trying to figure out how to work it, I may have reset the combination accidentally. Now I believe my only option is to bring the suitcase to a service center. This is obnoxious. Notably, from the other suitcase I bought, which is identical, I found instructions on working the lock INSIDE THE SUITCASE. How much sense does that make?

It's light weight and the wheels roll well but the luggage cracked after 2-3 uses (international flights). Very poor considering the price and brand name.

I purchased this 20" spinner suitcase because of its extreme lightweight design, and the Samsonite brand. During my first trip using this case the telescoping handle snapped right off the case. There are 4 small plastic connectors that connect the handle to the case, and they look to have all broken clean. I took a look at a non-broken one and the connectors do seem fairly sturdy. I may have gotten a "lemon", but I cant recommend it.

Great suitcase at first. I bought it to have a long lasting piece of luggage to replace my cheap cloth carry-ons. My wife and I each bought one. Both have broken in under a year. The handle of one got jammed and will not retract. The other had the outside case crack. The warranty covered the handle but not the crack. The warranty sounds great at 10 years, but how is the "durable" casing not covered?!?! Do not waste your money or fall for the warranty claims!
