These are the cutest casual sandals ever, but, even though I tried a couple of sizes, I couldn't get them to fit properly. They are nice and wide, which is great for me, but the bottoms felt oddly lumpy underfoot (maybe the arch support is in the wrong place for my foot?) and rather hard. I can't keep them...didn't even get the other one out of the box. Thank goodness for Zappos great customer service so I can keep searching for the perfect comfortable and stylish black sandal!

These were everything I had hoped they would be - except wide enough. So sad to be returning them - I LOVE the look.

This was a really fun shoe. Only sent it back because I didn't think I would wear the copper color much. Had I gotten black or stone would have worn all the time.

I desperately wanted these shoes to work for me! they look so cool and edgy. I am normally a 9.5 US (5'9" 150lbs) and have never thought of myself as having a particularly narrow foot or anything but I tried the 41 and it was overall too large around the ankle with no way to tighten it. I tried both the gold and black - the gold is much more metallic than pictured (in a good way) - I tried all of the styles and sizes in this seasons line and sadly they are all going back. 40 is too short in the toes and 41 is too large overall in the straps. I'm very sad.

I wear a size 10 medium and although these sandals fit pretty well and I really liked the style, they just weren't that comfortable, so I returned them.

Not comfortable. I thought it would have some padding but I was wrong. There was a bit of arch support but it felt like I was walking barefoot on pavement. I need some padding.

I love this brand and have several pairs. I really like the style of this shoe but the strap at the top would not accommodate my bunions. Darn it. I had to return them.

I wanted to love this shoe. They are so beautiful. But the back strap rubbed my ankle in an annoying way. Not that it was painful, it was just annoying. And I didn’t feel that they were as comfortable as everybody said. I am still on the hunt for the most perfect cushiony sandal ever. And these are not them, sadly.

Arch support in sole is in a weird place, too near the heel to fit my foot comfortably

I loved the color of the blue/brown one but the style of the shoe was just too weird for me. The wide collar folded a bit at the front of my ankle as well, just looked a little off with a dress or skirt. I think this would only be good with pants.

I SO wanted these to work for me. Just what I was looking for. But, the ankle was too loose and the foot bed too narrow. Sending back and sad!

I totally agree with anonymous from Chicago. I wear a 9½B width. In these shoes the 40 was too short and the 41 fit length wise, but the fit in the ankles and toes were too wide/loose. I felt like my feet were flopping around in the shoes. I am disappointed because they are adorable.
