For what it is, this is a VERY expensive item, as most Filson items are if you don't buy them on sale. Very light fall weather jacket. The jacket itself looks nice. The inside pocket is very filmsy and not sewn all the way around, but is held in place at one corner. Sometimes gets in the way when you try to put your arm into the jacket. The zipper is at times a challenge to get going also. If this was about $150 it would be a great purchase.
I ended up returning it. I have a Land's End Primasoft Shirt Jacket that is a much better value, and if I'm being honest, more comfortable, although I'm looking for something with manlier styling. The price/value of this item is just not there. I also see some of the stiching issues that the other Zappos reviewer mentioned. Not a big deal to me, but as she said, for a premium product, one would expect better. Probably why it is no longer made.

I was disappointed with this jacket. When it arrived, the stitching that makes the quilted pattern was unraveling in 5 or 6 spots. I retuned thinking it was Zappos quality control. I then ordered the same jacket directly from Filson. Well, the jacket shipped by Filson had the same problem - the stitching that makes the quilt patter was unraveling in 3 or 4 spots. This is a premium US made item, mind you. Very disappointing and also ironic since Filson's marketing claims its goods are "unfailing". Zappos, however, is awesome!
