These shoes are good quality.

I wear a women's size 10 and at first I ordered the men's 9. The boots were way too big, so I ordered a full size smaller, an 8, and the boots fit like a dream. I can wear light socks or heavy socks, and the zipper side is clutch. For the exchange, I called Zappos and I had replacement boots at my house before I'd even had a chance to send back the original boots! Great, hardy boots and excellent customer service.

These boots look great. What did come as a surprise is the boots have a zippered side. I love that because getting into and out of boots ban be a pain.

I think this is a well-made boot that comes on and off easier with the inside zipper. They look great and are relatively comfortable; my only recommendation is purchasing comfortable insoles because the ball of my foot got sore after a while (I have a job where I stand for 8 hours). Asides from that I like these shoes a lot so far. For sizing: I bought a size smaller than I usually do for other boots. I purchased two sizes too big initially, sent them back and then got the correct fit.

Liked these boots but was surprised by how flat they felt. Was expecting more arch support and cushioning, but then again I've never worn Doc Martens; could be just the way they fit.
