I recently bought these 1260 v6 and only wore them around the house to make sure that they are comfy. They are fine in the house but outside they simply do not have as much cushioning as the 1260 v4 that I owned before. I will keep them but I wish they had more "umph".

I am usually a big fan of new balance sneakers. These don't compare to my vz2090's which were less expensive than these. They don't feel supportive when I run or do bootcamp. The tongue is also very bulky and rubs against my ankles. I wouldn't recommend these specific NB sneakers.

I have been wearing new balance forever always a size 13. These are quite big, i could have used a smaller 12. ALSO, today I wore them most of the morning and my feet hurt. Never had that happen before. VERY happy with the look of the shoe.

As a sever over pronator that runs high mileage, I loved the 1260v3 and v4 and ran through at least three pairs of those, but the shoes have never been the same since. These felt ok, but not great enough to keep them over my Asics stability shoe that was on sale for $49 on Amazon. I would love to see Zappos offer a 'run in them, love them or return them' type policy to their already amazing customer service. I would be willing to try these if so!

I wanted to like these shoes but something just felt off about them. I have to say they were very comfortable but I was afraid that the support just didn't feel right for me.

I returned them because they didn't offer any support for my right foot that over pronates. Also, didn't care for the mesh look on them.

Heel slips a lot! These New Balance 1260v6, size 10.5, color listed as Castaway/Aquarius, are not the replacement for my old New Balance 1223 as I had hoped. I haven't been able to find a comparable New Balance to replace the 1223 and wish they still made them. These 1260v6 are the correct length for the size and toe box room is good but, heel slippage ruins them for me. I have tried several lace patterns to no avail. Also, seam inside at back of arch hits just behind the arch of my foot and is bothersome. These are going back. Thank you Zappos for letting me try and easily return.

I loved this shoe at first, but it did not hold up well. The outside of the shoe looks new while the insole has not held up. I bought these in December then another pair in March. I thought it was just me at first but they have caused corns on both feet the longer I wear. They have a very roomy toe box which I was looking for but I will not purchase again.

I loved the looks of the shoe but the toe box was too small. So having to return it.

I usually wear the New Balance 990s but I was fed up with their granny style, so I searched for another shoe that would accommodate an overpronator and this shoe was recommended. It's stylish, looks great with jeans and best of all, the shoe is deep enough to accommodate my orthotics with a 1/4 inch lift. Having said all of that, I have to ditch these shoes and go back to the 990s because the1260s don't offer me enough support. I've had the shoes for less than six months (I use them as my exercise shoes and occasional everyday shoes) and its already clear by looking at the back of the shoes that my overpronation is wearing the sole down at an angle and wreaking havoc on my knees and hamstrings.

I ordered these immediately from NB. I've been running in the 1260's for years. I skipped v5 because they didn't feel right so was really looking forward to v6. What a let down!!! I have always worn a size 8. The size 8 was at least a thumb size too big at my big toe yet the overall shoe felt tight everywhere else. The toe box was very narrow and my toes felt crunched even though there was so much room at my big toe. NB recommended going down to 7 1/2 D (wide). I have somewhat narrow feet! I figured they knew what they were doing so tried the 7 1/2 D. They were too small and felt awful. I'm so upset that NB ruined such a great shoe. If it's not broken, why try to fix it? So my mission is to find a new running shoe to replace the 1260v6.

Fit was ok, but the shoe is very uncomfortable. I have used New Balance for over 15 years and the shoes in the past 2 years feel like they have a piece of board in the sole.
