I am a continuous Sanuk customer. I usually buy in store due to being ill so I decided to buy online for an upcoming weekend trip. I received the shoes on Tuesday both shoes were scuffed. I called Wednesday to ask for overnight or a credit and I would try to clean the shoes but response was I am sorry for the inconvenience but you would have to return the item before a credit and before we can get you another pair. They also would not overnight a new pari for the weekend I had originally wanted them for. I am sorry but I will NOT order from this company again. Customer service tells a lot about a company. Its the little steps to continue to have a continuing customer that make a company stand out from the rest.

These are only for people with very narrow feet. At first they seemed okay but after a mile I started getting blisters on the side of my little toe. I’m so annoyed that I can’t return them now because I’ll never wear them again.

So disappointing. I wear a size ten and have low-volume feet. These shoes made my feet look smaller and slender—a nice close fit. At first I thought they were great and lightweight. The more I walked in them, I realized the squishiness was making my gait terrible, and I started getting pain in my feet and joints. I donated them while traveling and wore flip-flops the rest of the trip. I'm on the hunt for a light, summery shoe with a stiffer/stronger sole.

These are pretty cute shoes, but such flippin' cheap quality that I couldn't stand to keep them. They have the feel of shoes you would buy at Wal-Mart or Target that are placed on hangars along the wall (and they even came with a hangar instead of a shoebox), but at 3-4x the price. I've bought those styles before, and they're fine for cheap shoes, but these ones are expensive for what you're getting.

I like the simple understated look of these shoes. But after wearing them out once they went straight into the goodwill pile. My feet have never hurt so much! I can't even explain what hurt. They were just horribly uncomfortable and I'm sorry I wasted the money on them.

These slip ons are extremely cheaply made, very flat, no support, & feels like material sewn onto cardboard! I tried them on, & knew right away they're going back!

I was so disappointed in this shoe. I ordered 2 pair. They were crammed into individual plastic bags with handy dandy shoe hangers (for store display I suppose). The black pair had paper in the toe to help keep its shape but the right shoe has come weird crease. The khaki pair did not have the filler paper in the toe and the top flap was wrinkled and crushed. I cannot stand these cheaply made TOMS imitations!
