Very dissapointed in this slipper. Bought them as a mothers day gift and even went up a size to make sure they would be comfortable and cozy. Way too narrow and the fabric that stretched across the bridge part of the foot was incredibly tight. Will be returning.

I was so excited to see these because they look like the Roo I bought in Australia years ago. I continued to buy them for years and then suddenly they were discontinued. I bought the Kendyl and hey are so small there's no way I could wear them. I wear an 8/12 shoe and the I couldn't even get my toes into the 9 that I bought. My husband's caregiver normally wears a 6 1/2 or 7 and they fit her perfectly. They now belong to her. She's happy.

Slippers were at least two sizes too small for my size 7 foot. Must have been mis-sized. All,of my shoes are a size 7. Will buy see slippers in the store.

These are way too small. I wear a perfect size 7 but as I received them...they're size 5. Buy only in store

These slippers are adorable. Unfortunately UGGs sends out shoes that are poorly sized and then makes you pay for the shipping both ways if under $100. I wear a perfect size 7. These slippers were way too tight for me and for a friend who wears a size 6. All I can determine is that the slippers are a size 5. Do not purchase from this web site EVER.

This was a gift to my daughter-in-law, who lives in Maryland. The first pair was way too small, as if it was a child's size and not a women's. She returned it, ordering one full size larger, and yet, still could not get her foot in it. She returned the second pair for a credit on my credit card.

So disappointed. Should have llstened to the reviews. Ordered a full size up and they were still to narrow and I have normal size feet. Had to return.

I brought the slippers for my mother as a Christmas gift. She loved them but they didn't fit. She wears a size 9.5 and I brought a size 10. They are too small and too tight. I am returning them for a size 11 and hope it fits her.

This slipper is wayy to small and it hurts my feet. Waste of money :(

These were 2 sizes too small. Sent them back for exchange, included my second choice and got a refund without any mention of trying to exchange for a 3rd color. Not so happy with customer service.
