I've been using mine for almost 5 years now and it still works and the inside feels as warm like new. I usually walk like I drag the sole of the shoe every time, but this a fairly haven't thinned out too much. I got the brown andit looks like the classic UGG boots everyone knows. The nice thing to is that it goes well with any outfit although probably not at the office (at least for formal or business casual setting). I tried washing it with plain water but I believe that was not the right thing to do. I am just glad it didn't do much harm just that it made a white dry wave like line indicating it's been wet. I still use it because as long as it provides warmth for my feet, then I am okay.

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS BOOT....I SOMETIMES WEAR THEM AROUND THE HOUSE JUST BECAUSE I LOVE THEM SO MUCH.
