The most comfortable boot ever. Soft and will keep your feet warm. You can fold it down for a different look. I'm between sizes 5.5 ordered 6 need to exchange for a size 5.

I've only wore a few times and they all ready look old and worn out!! My last ones (exact same style and size) I wore for at least 5 years before they looked bad!! These cost more and seem to be lesser quality, I did use ugg care kit and spray to protect them. Im already seeing water spots! They also feel like cardboard in back of heal.... so when I put them on I feel they are gonna break down in the back. If they weren't still the warmest boot in the world, I would defiantly return! .....Sorry Pictures would not download

These have definitely dropped in quality. I ignored the reviews stating the boots were losing their structure and took a chance. Now I regret it. The color thunder cloud is pretty, but one boot is much floppier and unstructured compared to the other. Super disappointed.

I cannot even get my foot in one boot, im so disappointed in the last 8yrs I've wore the same size ugg never had an issue and now all of a sudden I can't get these on. I'm so bummed because the next size will be too big. I hope I can get my foot in eventually.

I initially bought them to wear on the cold days in Canada as it gets really cold. The shoes cannot be worn when it snows as I realized from observing the result of this from other people, that a white residue accumulates. So I was careful not to wear them in the snow. But, as usual I cleaned my shoes with the cleaning products to maintain them after a couple of uses. Usage of the ugg cleaning products as much as is suggested, leads to eventual drying of the shoes and what you get is a dry crust like shell of what was the initial state of the shoes. THESE SHOES ARE NOT WATER PROOF. The ugg customer service engages you in senseless emails and communication. I am very disappointed and I'm glad that the local Heel Boy retailer I bought the shoes from did not stock the shoes this winter and that The Bay has only a limited supply. DO not buy these shoes if you're looking for longterm shoes, they are basically for aesthetics and the name. Sorels are a better brand or any other brand. I also own the rain boots and switched to Hunters. I am no longer buying uggs. Waste of money.

Boots look awesome online however in person the color was off and the seams were already coming apart and I had just taken them out if the box.

I always loved all my Uggs boots. And I totally love these too and can't wait to start wearing them, tried them on they are as comfortable as the classic ones.

I have a pair in black and I love them! They're super cute and comfy. I've had mine for years and they still look great! Looking to get another pair in a different color when they come back in stock.

These are great for my wide feet and chubby ankles. The button on the side give a lil stretch for chubby ankles.

I bought these to replace my first black pair. I have them in the dark brown and light brown also. I have a super high instep and these are the easiest to get on my crazy feet. Can't beat the warmth of Uggs!

The boots fit perfectly and are so warm and cozy.

In fact this is my 2nd pair. I hardly take them off once the temps start to drop!
