I'm very upset about my order !!! I finally got the money to but these for my wife , in her size and the color and style she wanted , well they came in the size she wanted but definitely NOT the color I ordered or paid for !!!!!!!

I have been extremely disappointed with the quality of these boots. They don't make them like they used to. I have tried buying these several times, and each time there is something wrong with them. Most notably, the right and left boots don't fit the same. One is always smaller, which seems very odd. Additionally, the quality control has gone down the tubes. I also think the fit in general seems smaller and tighter than my previous boots.

Winter use

I love the look and feel, but the stitches at the arch area are too tight. It surprises me because i do NOT have a "thick" feet, and i already bought half a size larger. I m 110 lbs. size 7, thin feet. I am so sad cz i love this boots!!! I might have gotten a defective ones???? I try to wear it but got muscle cramp after a few hours (blood circulation?). Returned!

Just received these as a gift. The material is rolled on the right boot. Poor craftsmanship. Very disappointed.

Wore my new Uggs for an hour. When I took off my left one, my instep was badly swollen. I could not flex my foot or walk! It took pain killers and ice to make it go away more than 24 hours later. I want to know how to get my money back! You can keep the boots!!

It had a broken button

These do not fit like the original Bailey boots! They were too small across my arch. They had reshaped the angle of the arch and I hated them. Plus they did nit fit my feet.

I'm really disappointed! I thought I was buying Ugg quality! I wore my last pair for 10 years and the sole still looks like new. The sole on my new Uggs is starting to fray after only 4 wearings.

Not the great

This is my first review ever so trust me! I wore these 4 times and they immediately started loosing their shape! my classic short boot that Ive had for 2 years feels better and look better. My boots do not look new after only 4 wears smh

In the winter days when it's the coldest.

My wife's wore it once and the small bow on the side is broken.

After only one time using them my wife noticed the patch on the side of the left boot became disconnected from the boat. Hopefully there is something that can be done. They were expensive.

A very inaccurate picture of the Eucalyptus spray. The boots are green! The boot pictured is clearly a light brown and light brown fur- would be a beautiful boot IF you actually had the color pictured!

I bought the eucalyptus spray color boot, because online they look brown. When I received them they are green. Definitely disappointed seeing as to how these were supposed to be a Christmas present.

I was SO disappointed with these boots. I am a long time Ugg lover/buyer and I was so excited to received these. After just two wears, the materials on the side ripped when I was pulling them on and the button also popped off one use later. I miss the older Ugg boots. These just don't compare and I totally wasted my money.

The right shoe came defective! So much disappointed! Can sent photos!

I ordered few uggs online. This is the first time I have received the display boots. I like to wear my ugg boots, but this time I'm so dispointed.
