Comfortable and warm but the black color looks like ash. Looks extremely dirty after just one use.

Comfy and cozy but did not expect the button to pop off on the 4th day after wearing them

I like to wear them when I teach and out and about.

I normally wear a 6 or 6.5 but ordered this boot in size 7 thinking it would give me ample room. However, they come rather tight.

Bought these for my mom's birthday. She usually loves Uggs and thinks they are the most comfortable shoe around. Unfortunately, something about the make of this shoe causes her extreme discomfort when wearing them. She's usually a size 8, but I think I should have gotten her a bigger size in this particular shoe.

I bought these last year and just started using them and as soon as I pull them up in broke in the middle

I loved these boots, but for some reason the button broke and I can't find a replacement. Would have been 5 stars if I knew where to get a new button for these boots.

The product is great the only thing is the I did not get a receipt what if I have to return it since I deleted my confirmation email.

I live the look of this product. Very comfortable. Only one boot is starting to curl near the button, looks a bit odd.

I've had my Bailey Button II for about three years now, and hoped to get many more years out of these boots. The tread is still in good shape, as is the outside of the boot. Unfortunately, they have developed the most annoying squeak in the heel in both shoes every time I'm walking on hard floors. I tried to order new insoles hoping that would fix the problem but the insoles are absolutely impossible to remove and replace. These boots are very comfortable and seem durable but I can't get over the squeak and sadly for the price they didn't last nearly as long as I had hoped they would.

I love your boots bought 4 pairs last year and just purchased 4 more. Usually when you first get them their tight. Takes a few wears to break out. This year the size seemed way bigger. Slid on my feet way to easy. Leather and lining didn't seem as thick either. They are easy to just throw on and head out, but they Don't feel as warm or as cushiony as past years. Glad i got them from the closet. Hopefully the quality will be better next year.

Love all my Uggs. Thought I would try a different color, but this was more orange in person than I wanted. Beautiful color... just not for me.

These boots have an awesome gray hue. The only negative is if you have small calves you probably want to get a slender calve style like Abree II.

Great style! Rich grey color! Great for folks w larger calves...I have small one so didn't work for me sadly.

It is a good product, just way over priced. There are similar products out there that have the same quality for half the price.

It's very warm and comfortable but why y'all make the ugg logo in black for the Black boot , I love to wear my boots and at the back the UGG LOGO IS Visible not invisible.

I like how they are super easy to put on, warm and good looking. However, I'm only giving them 3 stars because I don't like how the cuff folds outwards because of the gravity (I assume). It drives me crazy. I do have them in 2 colors, but next time I buy this model I would choose the short version, hopping the cuff won't fold.

When I received my boots I got them with a dark stain on the top outside of the boot. It was a decent size to where I could see it looking in the mirror wearing the boots. I wanted to exchange them but I needed them and didnt have the time to wait to ship them back and receive a new pair so I ended up just keeping them. But I am very upset that UGG would sell me a boot with stains on them when they are supposed to be brand new.

I wasn't a fan of this color - it looks more brown in the pics but really is more of a brown/green. And I had read reviews that say these run large so I ordered the size I normally wear in boots and they were tight. I sent back and exchanged for a larger size a a different color.

This style was my first ugg purchase. At the time of purchase, I loved the style of the boot as the bailey bow style wasn't out yet. But after awhile from use, the shoe started to fold above the button. I didn't like it. My rating is really based upon the style, not so much the product.

I purchased these, as I needed a gray color to match outfits. They are not gray at all, I would call them a very light mauve. I tried to match them with everything gray in my closet, with no luck
