i bought these boots as a gift for my mom & she loved them! she didn't want to mess them up so she wore them around the house until she finally decided to wear them outside

Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase. I had some hesitation with sizing down and the customer service chat reps gave me 2 different answers (true to size/size down), but in the end, I ended up ordering an 8 instead of my usual size, 9, and they feel like a good fit!

I absolutely love my boots. Not only are they warm their cute. Lately the weather has been below freezing but these boots keep me warm. The down side I did notice that the fur isn't as full as it used to be. I don't know if you guys are doing cut backs or trying to save money. But I noticed and I shared my thoughts with a friend. She said she feels the same way. Over all this is a great boot. And it comes in more beautiful colors.

So warm and comfortable.
