The site says these run big and order a size smaller. I bought my usual size 6 and they fit perfectly. If I bought smaller they would be small and have to be exchanged. This is my second pair as I wore out the first pair. Love these boots. Again I feel they are true to size.

This is the second pair of these I have bought and I love them. I normally wear 8 1/2 shoes but I buy size 9 in UGGS and they are perfect. My Alaska daughter-in-law introduced them to me and I’ve found them to be great for South Dakota winters. Talls are important for the deep snow - especially this winter which has been especially snowy everywhere. I sprayed them with water-proofing so they will hopefully stay nice looking longer. I don’t know if they were already waterproofed by the company. I have had a problem with plantar fasciitis so I wear an orthotic in the boots - otherwise there would not be enough arch support for me.

Boots are super comfortable and true ugg quality. I normally wear a 7.5/8 size shoe and saw to order down a half size, I ordered a size 7 and it feels perfect. Would recommend.

I originally wrote a bad review about Zappos customer service and can't figure out how to remove it. These boots are great. A little too snug for me around my calf. I was mad at customer service (and wrote about it) but they have since corrected their mistake and redeemed my faith in their company. I'll always be a Zappos customer now.

Love love love these! Initially ordered a size down as told to by Uggs, but was not comfortable with the fit. Zappos easy return and exhange for the 11 and I am a happy buyer!

I suffer from cold, achy shins, year round. Socks don't help, nor do ankle warmers. My husband bought these for me to wear when we go watch our two grandsons play hockey, and they've made life at the ice rink much better. I wear a 10 1/2 and have narrow feet with a normal arch, but they're thin from the top of my foot to the arch. New flip-flops fall off my feet because the straps are too loose. At the UGG store, a helpful employee suggested I go down to a 9, because the sheepskin does stretch quite a bit, and the wool fleece lining compresses. For the first week, my toes were a bit cramped and I thought I'd need to buy a bootjack to get them off. Socks were out of the question. By week 2, they were very comfortable to wear and I decided against the bootjack, but thought they'd always require some hard tugging to remove. By the end of week 3 I was wearing them almost every day, they came off easily, and my feet had plenty of room inside. I lived in these boots all last winter right up to May, wearing them every single day around the house (still sock-less, they're that comfortable), because they're better than anything except hot towels for chasing away the ache in my shins. Now it's October, the nights are cooler (70's), and I'm back in them again. My biggest surprise is that they don't make my feet look huge, as I'd always thought they would. If these ever wear out, I'll be back for another pair. If you have normal feet and wear a half-size, definitely order down the next size. If your feet are narrow and bony with an arch that's normal, go down 1 - 1½ sizes.

Love the Classic Tall! The boot is true to my normal size. I wear an eight in shoes and also in this boot! The outside is pre treated so no need to worry about rain or snow. The boot is nicely structured it's not baggy.

We live in Idaho and currently the sidewalks are Icey and there is a lot of snow. If I wore my original Uggs I would be slipping all over the place and there would be tiny water spots all over my boots. Which, would be there forever. Thankfully my new Uggs are not as slippery and are quite forgiving in the stain department Although the older addition Uggs are on sale and look exactly the same as the new ones, go with the new ones. You'll be thankful you paid the extra $50.
