These uggs are shorter than the original tall classic uggs. You guys seem to be getting cheaper w your material as well. Not good!

I'm very disappointed in this last purchase of uggs. I've been buying uggs for the last ten year I own probably 8 pairs I wear religiously. I just ordered the chocolate brown tall one and I'm not happy with the quality of the boot. The suede on the outside was very rough in the fur on the inside almost felt fake very disappointing. Uggs are supposed to be very soft and for the price you pay for the band name it should be nothing but quality sheep fur.

So these are marketed as water resistant and stain resistant. Well I wish I would have pre-treated them as I have done in the past. I take very good care of my Ugg's and they always last so well. BUT I did not treat this pair and stepped in dewy grass once and was left with horrible water marks all around the toes of the boots. These should not be listed as water resistant at all. Do yourself a favor and buy the treating kit anyway to avoid stains and water marks. You'll save in the mind run. I wish I had.

This is my third paid of UGGs this style. Loved the first two, the fit on this pair is too big! Feels like a whole size up. At $199 I want a nice fit. BUMMED

UGG! I've been ordering Classic uggs for decades and now this last pair I ordered has a new cut. Sorels did the same thing...feels like forcing women into smaller sizes...foot binding? not happy.

They sent me the wrong color and refuse to send me what I ordered! UGGS provide no support to your feet, they are bad for your feet and posture. My podiatrist said they were horrible. This experience just solidified the deal. No more UGGS!

I have purchased over several pairs of uggs over the past 10 year these are the worst pair. The stitching is terrible and came undone after 3rd wear. I'm very conscious about taking care of clothing, so it's not normal wear and tear.

Hi. I purchased, back in December, 3 pairs of UGG boots. I am unhappy with the "durability" of the boots. I don't know if they are manufactured differently than they were a few years back, but they don't seem to have much durability. Some of the stitching is coming apart on one pair as well as discoloration. They are not worth the money that I spent and I am very unhappy and feel it was a waste of money.

This boot is lined with a synthetic fur NOT SHEEPSKIN. Only the the insole is lined with genuine sheepskin. The last pair of tall UGG Boots I purchased from the original UGG site had genuine sheepskin lining and lasted 10 years. These lasted 1 1/2 years before my big toe made a hole. The lining pulls away from the nylon fur lining and leaves the thin suede to fend for itself. $200.00 for boots that DO NOT LAST. No Bargain.

When I got these shoes they were so cheap made. I have had ugg boots before and when I got them I couldn't believe they were so cheap and very poor quality. Could've got the same product at the dollar store.

I love UGG products. These boots however seemed to be cut very differently than a pair I have in black. I ordered the same size but I couldn't even get my foot in. It was so narrow. I just returned them for a refund. I will have to purchase them at a retail store so that I can try them on. I'm not disappointed in UGG because I do love your product. I'm disappointed that they don't fit and were so different from the current pair I have. I would continue to buy your products.

I havent had to buy any uggs for about 6 years now. About a week ago i ordered some classic talls the kind ialways used to order ive been wearing uggs for over 20 years now since high school....so i was very excited to have a new and "improved" pair with the classic 2. Im so dissapointed. While they may satisfy newcomers (which i have to assume all these reviewers are new to ugg) i couldnt believe the difference in quality. The fur on the inside isnt as thick or soft and the stitching is terrible. These boots are not up to the standard and quality ugg used to have. Im disheartend and cant believe im going to have to return them.

I have been wearing UGG slippers and boots for years- I can't remember how long but over 10 years I know for a fact. Every year in December for (but before) Christmas my husband has bought me new boots and new slippers. The paid of slippers I got this year are - well I don't even know how to explain it. What happened? I thought it was a fluke and I returned them thinking I got a bad pair and I just opened the replacement pair and nope- it is just how they are making them now I guess. It literally feels like cardboard soles covered with a thin layer of the fuzzy material. I forget now what it is they are using I know they have changed it. The thing I loved about the slippers is how comfy they were right out of the box. These are hard as rocks. I don't understand why they changed. They were perfect. Now I am sadly going to be shopping for new slippers. No way I am keeping these. It's so sad too- I know over 10 years I have had them at least as we have been married 10 years but I wore them before then too- why after all these years of having a great product did they change. The boots are a bit different as well but still comfortable. The slippers- horrible.

I was supposed to get ugg points when I purchased these. My points never showed up even weeks later. The waterproof Uggs are not as soft or comfortable as the older version. I shouldn't have gotten the sand color it doesn't match with anything. They don't have the special tag on the inside that's shiny or whatever, that's also disappointing.

VERY disappointed! Seeking to replace 25 year old short UGGs. So old, black has faded to navy blue, are stained, etc. HOWEVER, the new ones are so cheap and thin would never consider buying them. Lambswool lining about half the thickness, also sole. So flimsy, seems a good tug would tear them. NO way for $200. Will attempt to renovate old ones!
