I got it last month, had a hole, taking awhile to ship

I asked for a size 7 and got a big shoe size. Probably double the size to be honest. Definitely need to check on the sizing a little better

Should come Out with leather falls black brown classic and come more colors these boots brown I Would buy don't like chestnut

I have worn uggs for years. The new pair I received was greatly disappointing! The lining is very thin and lacking compared to my previous uggs. The tread on the bottom had nice thick rubber and had good tread. This pair is much thinner and lacks good tread. I recently bought a pair of Pajar boots. I think they will be my go to boots moving forward.

They are not a size 6. They are huge! I have 3 other pairs of Uggs all size six they all fit perfectly. These are at least 1-2 sizes too big Awful

Poorly stitched and made

No arch support at all. Ended up returning.

I ordered a size 7 and received a left ft size 9 and a right ft size 8. I’m still waiting for my correct order so it’s been over a month to get it right.

I had a pair of Classic Tall for years and they finally were worn enough to get a new pair. I went to purchase them and the quality is NOT the same and they have the nerve to charge more for less quality. I will not be buying these again. Very unfortunate.

Not as fluffy as they use to be , quality appears to look cheap , like cheaper materials are being used . My older uggs look way better

I have a beat up pair of uggs from 2017 that I desperately need to replace but the quality of the tall uggs have changed drastically. The calf part hugs too tight whereas my old pair is wider and cozier. I have to wear the short/mini's because the tall is what they've used to be.

The quality is definitely not what it used to be. So thin around the foot. Floppy. Where is the thickness? The fur?

The heel portion is wrinkled The stitching at ankle is tight and the tall portion of boot does not stand up. The only good part is it is made of wool in the lining My toes feel good. They are warm but very uncomfortable

I was excited but it had pies es of wood and the color looks faded.

They look nice. However, these boots are not made from Australia. And they are not considered ugg, boots these boots are made from Vietnam.. If you are looking for knockoffs, then I would say it's okay. if you truly want handmade ugg boots?Look up the ones from Australia

I purchased these boots to replace my old black ones. They are Ugg Australia. I'm not sure if that's the difference. Anyway, I've only worn the boots maybe three times and I initially thought that the color was off. They are supposed to be black but they have a 'greenish' look. I wore them out the other day and was asked by a coworker what color my boots were. I said black and I was told that they looked 'faded'. I am very disappointed. I will be reaching out to customer service.

Color is horrible and not sheepskin on inside Waste of money. Not what I expected Very disappointed

These are much smaller and narrower than they were before. Unfortunately I had to return!

I haven't made a purchase in a few years but these uggs are not the same..I find them to be very flat instead..are you using less sheepskin? Because I don't her the same fluffiness with these boots.

Sent me boots that obviously were rejects. One of them was sewn all up the leg twisted so the seam goes towards the front. On top or that one was almost an inch smaller AROUND in the leg. Ugg could care less . Told me I could return.. I told them how could I because I was on VACATION in the snow when I ordered and needed them NOW, as I forgot warm boots. So my choices were wear flip-flops in the snow( freak snow storm) or keep the horrible twisted uncomfortable boots they sent. You would have thought they at least would have offered to quickship a new pair and give me credit for the cockeyed ones once I sent them back. I mean it WAS their fault not mine! HORRIBLE customer service and will NEVER buy another pair again. Your loss UGG. I have bought at least a dozen Uggs for myself and many for gifts... NO MORE. EVER!

These ugh boots are now low quality. I use to buy these new for my kids when they were younger. This is the first time I've purchased these new in years. There is a clear difference. Low quality and more expensive. What a shame to see a company that started so great make decisions in the board room to lower quality to increase profits. Super disappointed.

If you've ever owned a pair of Uggs you'd know the quality. These are terrible. I bought them for my wife and they immediately flopped over as they were taken out the box. Avoid at all costs.

I don't know if it's always been like this considering this is my first pair ever but I'm so disappointed! I got the tall boot thinking it would be sufficient for warmth as opposed to the short boot but the tall boot scrunches and doesn't fully expand up like other brands do. The sole itself feels cheap and feels like it will rip off from the entire boot itself. Not worth the cost. Upside it is the shoe size is ok for not having 1/2 sizes as an option. Generally a 7 1/2, got a 7

It's very poor quality. I did returned it right away. I have been having tall boot for over 12 years. Last year it started getting a whole and it's getting bigger over time. So it's time to get new one. Unfortunately my new one is very disappointed with the quality. It's could not compare with my previous one at all. Totally poor quality.
