Too small will probably return when I figure out how

I had to purchase a size up because the calf width is too narrow although they fit my foot size. I am disappointed in my purchase because it feels like the foot area is too big now while the calf area barley fits over skinned jeans. I am only 5ft 135lbs so they should fit perfectly. I normally purchase the Bailey 3 button tall but my size/color was out of stock for months. I like the chocolate color, but overall disappointed.

Quality inferior to previous purchases. Dye comes off on feet Not as comfortable as minis or shorts

Fur is not soft. Boot shaft very tight on calfs. Very disappointed.

Fur inside isn't as soft as it used to be and the boot is tighter on calf than it was. I have thin legs too.

I have skinny feet and bird legs and this was still too small to fit on my calf. I don't know what the target audience is here but, it sure isn't for anyone over 100lbs.

I love the classic tall but this boot seemed a little more flimsy then the ones I've bought in the past so I was a little sad..

I noticed these don't have the copyright on the ugg stitch in the back and the fur inside seems rough and dry makes it seem fake

I returned . Chestnut color is darker that the advertised photo. Disappointed about the color. I wanted the lighter color.

These were a replacement for my original 10 year old pair. The quality is far inferior. The sheepskin and suede are like poor imatationscof my originals. If I wanted Koolaburra by Ugg instead I could have saved money. I did not. These are Koolaburras with the Ugg name. Sooo disappointed.

I have two other pairs. Loved them and wore them for years. Still have them although they're looking worn. Classic black with the button on gray cable knit liner, and the Bailey Button Triplet. Great! I've also bought them for my daughter and granddaughters, so I'm familiar with different styles. This time I ordered the classic tall - but when it arrived, I was very disappointed to find that it's not much taller than my other short one. My daughter has the original classic tall and these are not as tall as those. For the price, I would have expected there to be more to them. They also seem to be longer than my other ones, which will be a problem when they relax, because they will be too big. Not happy with my purchase this time.

I am not to happy with purchase.

I have worn UGGs for over 20 yrs and my old pair finally wore out. Ordered the same size (7) and when it came, I couldn't even get my foot into it. I returned and ordered size 8. Return was easy, but when the new ones came, they are still VERY tight, and I can barely get my foot into them. So sorry that they don't fit, but after wearing them for 1 day, my foot is red and sore.

I've had two pairs of Uggs in the past both looked and fit great. They've lasted over 12 years and honestly still look almost new. They are the only boot that's kept my feet warm. I just wanted to update my wardrobe but am soo disappointed in the quality of craftsmanship of the new uggs. I ordered 3 different pairs of the same boot and they varied in size, and tightness-one boot was very tight and the other slipping around one pair had two diff thicknesses in the rubber sole. I'm so sorry but unless ugg improves the consistency of quality I'm looking elsewhere permanently. I'm so sorry to say this because I've loved my old ones sooo much!!

These are not the same quality of other uggs that I've owned. Had to return.

The first original classic uggs had Australia on them. They have sheep skin lining. The inside of these don't feel the same. The fur dont feel the same. It doesn't feel as soft nor as comfortable as the first original first version of ugg boots. I feel like they are made of cheaper material ,but yet we are charged the same.

I bought these for my wife for Christmas. She has several pairs of various UGG styles and she requested a new pair of classics because her's were showing a lot of wear. When she opened them and tried them on she was certain that they were knockoffs. She even compared them to her old ones, which I have to admit, looked to be of far better quality. These are made in Vietnam. After being convinced that I was a victim of a scam, my sister compared her new UGGs to my wife's and they to were of inferior quality, even though she purchased her's from a major department store chain. Pretty sad. Save a penny lose a loyal customer. Good luck. She is done.
