I usually go between a 5.5 and a 6, and purchased the size 6. Not only was the shoe much smaller than I expected, it was even a bit tight -- especially the seam that goes over the front of the ankle. They seemed fairly narrow. I was worried I would need to send them back, but I'm going to see if they stretch. They definitely do not run big--at least the ones sent to me.

I wear a typical size 10 in UGG boots. I love the ones (same classic short style ) I purchased years ago. This new pair I was looking forward too and was taken a back how tight they were. I could barely get my right foot into the boot. It pressed against the top of my foot and actually hurt. I even thought maybe they sent me a smaller size by mistake, nope size 10. I’m perplexed !? I thought this was going to be an easy purchase but I’m assuming they did something different to the boot & now I’m returning them!? I put my old ones on to check again; the old version are so comfy !?!? I’m still debating if I size up or I make an extra trip to the store or just forget it .. so disappointed.

The new version of the original ugg boot is terrible - they went flimsy on the fleece lining and the overall make is poor craftsmanship- I returned them right away

I have to say I have purchased at least 10 pair of UGG in the past 5 years - the last pair same as this order but Grey - the quality and the actual material is much thinner - almost like knock offs - very thin hide - not impressed actually - I wore them otherwise I would return them - kind of bummed for the price -

Ugg is not what it used to be!! Sizes are off, foot not staying on the sole properly, extremely disappointed. I have other uggs at home to compare to, and again as with the cardi ugg I just returned, something is not right...

This boot was horrible!! It ripped open at the seams (3 places) within ONE week of wearing them for the first time!! One rip is 4-5” long!! So pretty-so comfy- so a WASTE of money!!!!!

Zappos is wonderful no more cold feet! I ordered this boot and it arrived the next day! Classic UGG with full sheepskin upper and fleece inside. very comfortable and warm, you can roll down the top and make a cuff or just wear it as is. They look great with jeans or leggings. I wear a size 9 and ordered a size 9, the fit is perfect.

They are Uggs so not particularly stylish. But they are so comfy that who cares how they look. Perfect in every way. Runs large, order one size down.

Loved the look. Had to return they were too big.

Boots are great. Delivery by Amazon was horrible.

What else great can I add about UGG boots? I have a collection since 20 years ago of all styles. I’m wearing these short grays every day (they need some cleaning). PERFECT.

The fit was perfect. I wear an 8 and bought an eight. The color was navy. They look fabulous with jeans. I own black but I knew I wanted the navy to match a new navy cardigan or my jeans. I love them. Warm, soft, and so comfy. I have bunions so Uggs feel great on me.

My classic favorite…I buy a pair every two years…these are a must have in my closet every Fall/Winter season…I wear a 10 in Women’s shoes and sneakers but I always get a size smaller because the size 10 is too big…

Love the fit. Very comfort I need no socks. The keep my feet warm. You can dress up or down with them.

I love Uggs' new slimmer cut with much more arch support. Classier than the old pancake Uggs. I got the red ones and they are so festive!
