Very nice web, easy and friendly. Self-explanatory which I always have welcomed. I think was a fair purchase. I love to buy in serious companies which offer honesty information about the product and promise what they can do for their customers.

I bought these boots for my daughter as a birthday gift and she thought I had no taste but she seen them she loved them she said I had swag that's how much she loves them so much I'm. Wry proud of what I bought her thank you Uggs your products are very nice

I am first time customer and user of UGG Boots. I have been highly satisfied that I purchased a second pair in black. My feet are warm and toasty when there is snow or ice rain. I am ready to buy my third pair -of course on sale!!! The only thing that bothers me, is that the boots can easily get permanent dirty marks, if they are not sprayed with the special protection that UGG sells -an extra expense. It seems that the bottle is just enough for 3 sprays or 3 pairs.

Purchase theses boots for my daughter and I surprice her cause she thought I had bad taste but when she seen them love at first site.

This is my first pair of Uggs. I'm in love. Now, I understand why so many people own them. They are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I have. My feet don't feel tired after being in them all day. As an elementary school teacher, I NEED shoes that are good to my feet. I bought these in black. I love the tone on tone variations in the black suede. I am thinking about getting the chestnut too. I am now an Ugg customer for LIFE!

Perfect fit, comfortable, warm. Not too tall when not folded over, but prefer folded look. Looks nice either way

I love these warm, yet stylish boots. I use them when it gets a bit cold out as they keep your feet warm and comfortable. They look great with leggings or skirts not jeans. I will continue to purchase from Ugg also as the shipping was quick and painless.

This is my first pair of Uggs. If I knew years ago in college as others did, I would have purchased these boots a long time ago. They are extremely comfortable. They feel like you're wearing house slippers. I am an elementary school teacher. Therefore, I am always on my feet. And, I think these will do just fine.

I love uggs and would not buy any other boot! I have 5 pairs and still wear my classics from 6 years ago. They still look great and keep my feet and legs warm. Looking at buying ugg rain boots now because it's such a great product

I bought these boots during Black Friday week. They're very comfortable. I wore them all day the first day I got them and I couldn't believe and how comfortable they were. There was no breaking in period. They are the perfect cold-weather boot. I have worn them everyday since I got them. Once again I've purchased another pair of UGG boots that I will love. Thank you UGG! :-)

I absolutely love this boots! They are water resistant and are perfect for the winter weather. Keeps your feet very warm and they are so comfortable, I use them all the time.

It's been a great gift and I've enjoyed watching my fianc wear them and always compliment how comfortable they are and just how good they look.
