Very well made, stylish jacket. The XL was too big and the large fits well, just the sleeves are a little short. Maybe an XL slim fit would work better. It's hard to find athletic build jackets. The jacket is very comfortable, lightweight, and unbelievably warm.

this is my first north face product...it will not be my last...i wanted something light and warm for when i am outside doing some urban hiking...this fit the bill perfectly...love the eggplant purple and gray...i didn't check the wet weather box because i haven't had this on in a down pour yet...

I wear this jacket on those cool and/or wet fall and spring days. This jacket keeps you warm and dry. It's not restrictive, it allows you to move freely, but it also fits just right.

I got this to keep me warm and block the wind when on the boat. Works well.

This works great for those cold fall nights. If your still cold it's easy to throw a sweatshirt on under it and it still fits great.

This is by far the best, most versatile jacket I own. I liked it so much that I bought an additional so I have one for outdoor activities and one for going out. Highly recommended!

I use these coats for everthing, usually with a hoodie underneath. I work outside and during the winter this is perfect for me. Wind and water proof and the lightest coat I have found that doesn't sacrifice any warmth. They allow me to move and still keep that nasty Nebraska wind away.

I use this jacket for rock climbing and it's great for all conditions for camping! Sporting events are a great place to wear it because it is stylish and effective.

This is my third apex Northface jacket, and probably my 5th or 6th NF jacket I've owned in the past 10 years. This particular jacket is extremely versatile and is wearable in a variety of conditions. Usually my "all-purpose" go-to. Along with versatility, the jacket makes a statement and can be worn with most of my wardrobe. Definitely makes me look forward to the cooler months of the year.

This was my first The North Face purchase and I couldn't be happier. I'm a large fella and often sizes run small and especially short and neither were the case regarding this product. I'll certainly wear it daily when temps cool off here in Michigan!!!

This jacket is light weight and the quality of the material is excellent.

I have a ton of fleece, but have wanted one like this. It's not really fleece in the traditional sense, but it's now my favorite jacket.

I usually wear Mediums, but bought this in a Large because the fit is more like a shirt than a jacket. Come Fall, I'll be wearing this over layers, so needed it a little bigger.

Exceptional jacket. It is no wonder why this is so popular. Standing on a break wall fishing in the cold and no wind gets through. Comfortable in wide variety of temperatures. Love this jacket!

Bought this jacket for my 6'6" 300+lb husband in 3XL. It's really hard to find stylish clothes in his size and I am so glad Northface recognizes big people want to look good too! The coat fits him well and he LOVES it, he was excited to get something in a popular brand name in his size.
