This is a great jacket for fall and winter weather. Great feeling wearing it as it is very flexible. Looks stylish and comes in great colors.

The styles look good for any age. They're comfortable from the first time I put them on. My grandson loves the colors and fit. Plus they are great active gear for colder weather .

This is a great jacket. All 3 of us have one now. It keeps the wind out and I like the way it is light but also warm. Washes really good!! Cannot wait for our 19 year old to try his out this winter on those walks to class on campus. Thank you NorthFace!!

I bought this jacket for my son who is going to college in Rochester, NY ((COLD)). I thought this would be a perfect lighter made jacket that keeps you warm in cold weather. He can easlity wear a sweatshirt underneath this jacket without feeling bulky. It is casual but could be somewhat dressy too. I own this jacket myself and prefer wearing it most of time in that cold early winter weather.

I picked up this jacket because I was needing something new for a while, and definitely needed something that would serve me well for June trip to Alaska. Alaska ended up being hotter than expected, but this served its purpose on a whale watching tour with windy weather on the water and some light rain/drizzle. I will say I'm 6'4", 240 lbs, and often need a tall size, but the sleeves on this size large are perfect for me. So if you have shorter arms, you may find the sleeves long. The tall version of this jacket was much too long for me.

I'm European so like a snug slim fit. Haven't used it in anger but it's replacing a similar older NF soft shell that I lost in Bhutan so hopefully it will perform as well.

The best for the cool weather

This is one of the best softshell jacket on market. I have been looking for jacket which can provide enough warmth for occasional cold evenings/mornings during spring season. This jacket serves that purpose perfectly. Moreover, jacket is not at all heavy or puffy which lacked it good lifestyle jacket as well. I would definitely recommend this jacket for mild winters.

I love this jacket and it meets me needs perfectly

This jacket is great for a casual wear if you want something a little more dressy than a puffer. Runs a little small, if you're tall I recommend ordering a size up. Bought as a gift for my husband (6'2, 200 lbs) and size L was too short, had to replace to XL and it was great

i love my new Apex jacket. This time of year the weather changes so much, often times two or three times each day. it can be cool in the morning and get warmer in the afternoons and rain is often in the forecast. My apex is perfect for all of these and it is my go to jacket for just about every occasion. it also doesn't hurt that i can dress up or down with it!

I was leery ordering a coat online that I couldn't try on first but once I received it I was extremely happy! It fits great, looks great and is exactly what I was looking for. A lightweight, spring/fall coat for Michigan cooler weather.
