The new style cut feels weird compaired to the old style. I went 1 size larger than I usually wear because of the odd cut. If you are use to wearing tighter fitting clothes then I doubt you will notice. I like my jackets with some room under them

The jacket has a great look. Color goes with a lot. High quality material. Warm inside. My only complaints are that the collar tends to touch my face when I turn my head, and the pockets aren't insulated so your hands get cold if decide to put them in there.

It's an exceptional jacket, I couldn't be happier with the materials, design, and quality of construction. Perfect for cold Spring mornings. One minor criticism is the Velcro sleeve adjustment system - comes loose occasionally. Not a big deal though. Overall a great jacket, I would recommend it to others, and I plan to be a TNF customer for years to come.

Great buy for a decent price. The jacket has attracted attention from other people and get asked what kind of jacket it is. I wish i had a hat or some gloves to go along with it, since i take it everywhere. Nice fabric and love the pocket space.

This is a very versatile jacket. I travel a lot and this jacket goes with me. Not only is it warm and comfortable but I can fold it up and put in my backpack and when I take it out it isn't a wrinkled mess. The functional design covers casual and semi casual occasions.

Out of several tried the Bionic fit and looks great so,..got the black ink green.

I really love the quality of Northface but this jacket is a little big for an xl.

Fits well. The only concern I have it that the collar doesn't always stay down. I will try to iron it and I think that might help. Over all I like the way the jacket fits and also the way it looks with my outfits. A great casual coat.

The coat is very nice, Very warm. Very happy with my purchase. with a sweater underneath it keeps me warm outside down to about 30 degrees.

My son looks marvelous in this beautiful coat bUT he said it wasn't as warm as the other reviews claim.

It's actually for my dad. But he liked it a lot. It provides good warmth and very stylish.

I received for Christmas. I loved the colors. Other than a small defect the product is well made. Love how the coat is not to heavy and still keeps me warm in the winter.

The sizing guide helped a lot and was very accurate. The jacket has the close fit and clean look that I was after. Very stylish and warm and we no resistant.

I'm a big guy and I bought the 3xl it fit great. I will definitely buy again.

I overall think the jacket is super comfortable but I'm very tall and it doesn't go past my jeans, so if I raise my hands what so ever it will lift up and show my belly , I guess I just like having the option to buy a 2xt t for tall but overall great product

I've had the Apex Bionic for the fall and winter season now. Taking it camping in the fall, it was a great jacket paired with a warm flannel or additional fleece during the cold night. Since I didn't buy a new winter jacket this year, I've been using this jacket paired with a thermal-lined hoodie and have stayed warm enough for the most part (exception being the days it has hit in the negative teens in windchill). The water resistance and wind blocking features are a plus, and the fabric overall is fantastic. The only down side is the velcro sleeve-cinching design. While on one hand, I appreciate being able to tighten my sleeve around my gloves, the velcro has proven faulty only after a few months and now the rubber mechanisms just hang freely away from the velcro when it is not cinched tighter.

So far I am very happy with this jacket. It is warm, I like the zippered pocket on the chest, very handy for my cell phone.

This is my first North Face coat and i love it! The only thing is i get cold easy so when its below 30, this isnt the coat to wear in my opinion. So maybe next year ill get a heavier north face one :).

Bought this for my husband we live in Eastern NC with fairly cold winters getting into the 20s this is his winter coat , he says it keeps him warm ( warmer then his new balance which was same type material) loved the colors overall a nice coat for lots of pockets nice men's fit NF is always a good brand ! Only wish it came in more colors

I purchased this as a gift for my son-in-law. He is 6 ft 4 in tall. I ordered size XL. He loved it and it fit him everywhere perfectly with the exception of the length. He is in need of the size XLT. Now why is it, I CANNOT order a NorthFace Apex Bionic Jacket in an XLT thru NorthFace? The only way to get a NorthFace Apex Bionic Jacket in an XLT is to order it thru Cabela's. There is absolutely nothing marketably correct about that. And yes, I did order the XLT from Cabela's but I'm still amazed that a NorthFace XLT jacket cannot be purchased thru NorthFace. smh I still love the NorthFace products. They are very well made and last forever. Love me some NorthFace. :)

I got this as a gift. I am 6'1" and the size was xxl. The arm length was perfect but the torso was way too short. I had to return it and order an xxl tall. The tall is the perfect length, but the sleeves are now a tad long. The coat is super warm and is perfect over a long sleeve shirt in the 0 degree MN weather. I wore it on a hike when the temp was 15 and after 30 minutes I had the entire thing unzipped and was really sweating, this is a warm jacket. I don't know why the regular sizes were so short, I don't know who those would fit.

Not sure of the jacket yet. It is a gift for my son for Christmas. I did see the same coat at Gander Mountain today for the same price! Thought I was getting a deal since I ordered online but nope.
