Order a size up! Or maybe even two if you plan on wearing thick socks. I wear an 8 1/2 and always buy a size 9 croc. This particular pair runs very narrow and short. I am not particularly fond of the appearance, but they do appear to be durable. I will exhange them. Take my advice so as not to have to pay a retun fee!

I've actually thought about returning these because the back of my boot is pushing straight into my heel making it very uncomfortable. I've worn them several days in a row and I'm holding on to hope they'll finally break in. Othe rwise they're very warm and great when dealing with rain.

Bought these boots for a ski trip. With weather as low as 10 degrees, these boots did not keep my toes warm. The rest of the foot and ankle was warm, but the toes hurt. And be careful with these shoes and heavy ice - the bottoms do not grip as well, and I slipped a couple of times. Such a shame. My first pair of Crocs that get a bad review.

I love this boot but had to return it due to the small size and lack of arch support.

I bought size 7 & usually wear 6.5 or 7's in boots. The length is fine but as other reviewer states these are tight across the top & sides especially if you bunions. If I wear thicker socks they are abit tight everywhere so an 8 maybe would've been better although some reviewers have had to go 2 sizes up. There are several workmanship issues: leather pieces not cut correctly so the piece that goes across the top of the foot doesn't go over rubber evenly in numerous places which could cause water to not roll off and enter in those areas, bad stitching: one part of shaft (if I were to wear the sides up) the stitches didn't grab the other side so there's a gap/opening. Also the zigzag stitching is of different widths in that same area horizontaly across the shaft where the two sections are sewn together. On one of the shoelace metal hoop holders it looks like it was not stitched correctly so it was unthreaded and restitched, leaving holes. There is an area on the the leather piece which goes across the top of the foot at the outer right corner where it is cut too short and the stitching is too close to the edge so I'm wondering if the leather might start ripping out there eventually. Another area on the outer heel leather piece where there's suppose to be a double row of stitching but it turns into only 1 towards end because they stitched too far to the left. These are really cute, made of great materials but I'm disappointed on the craftsmanship.

I always know to order one size larger, but these were STILL too snug across the foot bridge. We ordered 2 pair, one for me, one for my daughter. She wears 7.5, I wear 8, We BOTH ordered 9, and in the same spot, they were BOTH too snug right across the foot bridge, yet, felt too LOOSE everywhere else. We considered an exchange, but the do NOT exchange - I would have to return, wait two weeks for a credit, reorder, another 2two weeks for delivery, and by then, we would have to go a month in winter without boots. No thank you! I'm done with Crocs.

Can't wear, WAY TOO NARROW!
Not even classic Crocs width. Shocked at the width- my toes in both feet were squished bone in bone. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE NARROW FEET.
Adorable, cushy, warm.

I read these boots were made in the USA. I was very disappointed when they arrived with a Made in China tag

BIGGEST ISSUE: Crocs wont cover their defective items for an amount long enough to catch an issue. There weren't any notable issues until this season and I'm am certain their use and storage were as typical as the next person's. So now I'm stuck with boots that look brand new but are as waterproof as a fishing net. In 2012 I had an issue with a Croc purchase and there was a no fuss return/ replace policy. This seems to have gone away along with quality.
I purchased these boots at the end of the winter of 2017, my old boots were about done and I wanted to have a pair lined up. I waited to use them until 2018 and they were very nice and sturdy. I must have used them a total of 20 times in the winter, usually after snow storms and in rainy/icy weather. They were very slip resistant and warm.
Come this winter's first ice storm and I pulled them out of my bedroom closet. After my first use there was a very obvious wetness. What's worse is that because of the full shoe length liner the inside wouldn't dry and its so now it's swampy in there (YUCK). There are no obvious holes and I did not use them for things other than walking to my car and back. It seems to be the seams at the toe.
I'm not impressed and while I liked them when they worked, this is unacceptable and I'll see about getting some Timberlands, LL Bean or Patagonia branded shoes that stand behind their product for a lifetime

Not at all what it's perceived to be. So so so so short. Can be in anytime type of snow or water without it getting into the boot. It's AT LEAST a size too small and extremely narrow. It's more of a fashion boot than a practical use boot and for the price, so not worth it. You can go get a high name brand for less and way better quality

I had these boots for a little over a year. Only wore them for one winter season when the shearling completely ripped off of the boot!!! Horrible quality. I contacted Crocs and they said they couldn't do anything about it because their warranty is only for 90 days. Very disappointing! They were super comfortable and warm boots but if you're looking to purchase something that will last longer than a year DO NOT buy these.

Ordered my usual size only to find them so narrow could only wear them for minutes before having to take off. Purchased on sale, there was no return or exchange. Lucky daughter with narrow feet now wears them.

Boots were so narrow to be too painful to wear for any length of time. Because they were purchased on sale, crocs would not allow return or exchange. Boots were gifted to daughter with narrow feet.

My unmentiable experience with this style of boot was not what I expected I own a pair of crocs that I was very happy with.so to my surprise the boots had the opposite reaction.and I am very confused about this whole experience.

Too narrow. Only buy if you have narrow feet. Fit for length but not for width so could not go up even if had wanted too. Plus since the shearling only went to top of boot, the boot was not very warm in cold environment.

I'm sorry to say that my experience with these boots was not a good one.I wear a 9m and ordered up a size to 10m as discription stated they were a standard fit. They were very narrow and did not have much toe room. I have many pairs of Crocs and never had a problem using online ordering. This is the first time I have returned a pair. I so wanted these boots to fit.

Probably would've been a great boot but, had a really hard time getting my wider foot into the boot all the way. I gave up.

Material is good but the cutting/workmanship is bad.
