I wear a 7 in regular shoes and an 8 in sneakers, mostly New Balance sl-2. Ordered an 8 and my toes were pushing up on the mesh. Probably need a shoe with a box toe. Heel and arch support were OK. I have a high arch. Was looking for a lightweight shoe for Zumba.

I am in between a B and C width, and these fit well and were comfortable. I also like the style. However, I don't think I like the support on the sides and I don't think they will last long. I didn't like the plastic or "synthetic" sides with the bungee lacing.

I returned these because they were just a little too roomy in the toe area (I ordered 9 W) and I didn't like the plastic tongue--that was just weird and 'cut' into my foot. I also ordered the Ryka Influence (same size), they felt much better and were a keeper.

Not sure if I’m keeping them. Got em for Zumba (mind you the geriatric class, but still...) as they were widely recommended. They fit fine, half size small, but the tongue is weird, unpadded, plasticy feeling. Not sure I can get over it since it comes up high enough to graze my ankle and feels scrapey

There was a problem with the first pair I got. The cords that are on the sides of the shoes that lube and hold the leases in place one by one came loose and then completely detach from the shoe after about four months. Santos was gracious enough to take them back and send me a new pair. So I’m wearing the new pair now and will see if the same thing happens. Otherwise I love the shoes and they’re great for salsa dancing.

These construction and materials of these shoes is flimsy. I wished I had looked at the images more carefully. I believe they surely are light and will have no break-in time, but they don't look like they could last more than a year. I am sending them back.

I researched cross trainers for a HIIT class and saw this listed. I ordered both the 8 and 7.5 medium width. I’m usually a true 7.5 (I am just at the edge touching the toe area) or an 8 (which is usually slightly big and slips up in the heel when I walk) in women’s. I have an average to slightly narrow foot. The 7.5 were way too small and my toes were uncomfortably touching the front without even moving. Walking or running would have killed. The 8 fit better in the length but both sizes were very wide. So much that the width actually creased like fat rolls on the sides of my foot when I walked. Very strange! The shoe itself feels thinly made, little to no arch support at all. However, I will say the heel of the sneaker is super comfy and cushiony. That is the best part of the entire sneaker. They are low profile and very low to the ground so I can see how that is desirable with weight lifting or cross training. Unfortunately the weird width of the sneaker and off sizing does not make this a match for me. I had to return both.

I did like the width. The tongue is not comfortable. Very stiff. I had to put arches in for support.

The support was great and the shoe is really cute! I'd purchased these for the great reviews on lateral movement and balance in lunging, which are integral in my HIIT sessions. These were not keepers because the top seam pressed uncomfortably against my foot. This was occurred while simply standing in the shoes, so back they go.

I was so excited about these shoes but was disappointed when putting them on to find one shoelace was super short and almost didnt tie. The tongue of the shoe is also very rigid and made of a thin plastic ish material which I didn’t like the feel of. I was SO hopeful but returning them and try again:)

The sole/heel is super comfortable!!! I’m still undecided if I am keeping them. I have an average to slightly narrow foot and these are wide. So much so, that to make it comfortable when I lace them, it is causing the top of the sneaker to almost fold over a bit above the toe area, just lower then the bottom lace. When I walk I can see the extra material squish down on the sides a little bit. So narrow to average feet.... probably not for you. Wider feet, they are probably heaven! Style and design of the sneaker is just eehhhh. Nothing special. I purchased because of good reviews for HIIT classes as far as comfort and support. They seem to feel more flat, like the CrossFit style shoes, that keep you low to the ground to avoid any imbalances when lifting weight. I would say average support, it doesn’t seem like it would prevent over or under pronating. Not a running shoe in my opinion. Would probably be fine for short distances but not for miles. However, the comfort of the insert is awesome.

Well I read the reviews and they were mixed about size. I ordered my true size and my toes were cramped. So- my suggestion is order up a bit. They were cute and I will exchange for a larger size.

I like the cushion on this shoe, but they do run small, and I had to go a half size up to get the right size. Also the tongue is a stiff plastic, which presses into the front of my ankle. I teach Zumba and appreciate the amount of cushion, but I usually don't have to "break" Zumba shoes in, and these have taken some getting used to. Plus, I plead for consistency in sizing. I have worn Rykas for many years, always the same size. But now not in this shoe. Fix this please Ryka!

Initially I really liked this shoe. It was one on of the only shoes I could find with enough support and a good width. I wore it round the house for half a day. Then went for a 1-2 mile walk in it and it was fine. The second time I went for a walk in it the big toe on the left foot keep hitting the right edge of the shoe. I've tried to wear it a couple more times and the angle of the toe box bothers my toe. It's a bummer because, having wide feet, it's hard to find a shoe that is a good fit. Unfortunately since I've worn them outside, I can no longer return them, which is a waste of money.

I returned the shoe because it was too narrow through the heel. I wear a wide shoe and I ordered a wide shoe. It seemed wide enough at the toes but narrow in the heel.

Jury is still out on these... just took my second Zumba class in them. I like the support and stability they give me, but I’m not sure they’re the most comfortable things. I’m gonna keep dancing and we shall see, because they’re still better than what I was dancing in before; regular sneakers have soles that “catch” on the floor when dancing, so these have that advantage of giving me more glide on the floor. On the plus side the teal color looks great.

I was sad to find that this shoe was not for me. I am returning this pair for another style. These were not true to width at all for me. They rubbed on my little toes,,, both shoes.

I originally bought the 9.5W since that's my regular size, but had to return them when they felt too small. I thought the 10W would be a better fit, but they felt too big near my ankles and the toe box was too small. In both sizes, my toes were hitting into the front of the shoe and felt a little too narrow. I have another pair of Ryka's sneakers that fit well, but these seem like they weren't designed well.

I have been trying to find a wide athletic shoe to wear at my zumba classes. Unfortunately, these are not wide enough. There is a band that runs across the wide front of shoe that is not as flexible as the mesh part is. That band cut into my foot and made the shoe quite uncomfortable. If it weren't for that band, I would have kept it. It's too bad. It is a cute shoe.

These ran more narrow than I expected the "wide" width to be. They weren't wide enough to accommodate my orthotic so I had to return them, but I loved the look!

Very pretty. Purchased my actual size but probably should have go up a half size for a little wiggle room. Pinched R foot on outside near toes. Returning for another style.

These are off from regular ryka sizing. At least a half size small, maybe closer to a full size. Ordered a wide and not as wide, again as other ryka styles I have. Cute, but can't really tell much else since they're so small
