I wanted to keep these sooooo badly! They are so cute and the fit, once I struggled to get them on, was perfect in my normal 8.5. The strap across the front prevented me from getting them on easily as I have a high instep. I tried three times and gave up, knowing I’d really be sorry in the long run if I’d kept them. I didn’t want to fight them every day. Crocodile tears. No way I could get them on with a sock.

I ordered a pair of women's Mckay boots and the soles started squeaking after one week of use. I exchanged this pair for a new pair through the UGG website.
Upon receiving the new pair of Mckay boots in the mail yesterday, I noticed stains on the back and sides of the left and right shoe. It seems that the quality control has gone down hill! I am upset because I like the style of this shoe however after having two defected pairs of shoes I do not plan on buying another pair and will be returning the ones I do have.

The fit and size of these were fine. What I didn’t like was the style. For some reason, the pictures online look so much cuter than the actual bootie. It’s reminiscent of something from the early 90s. I returned them.

Very disappointed that all the negative reviews were correct. These feel 2 sizes too small and it’s so hard to just get your foot in the shoe. I feel like if they had fit I would have loved them.

The UGG McKay booties are beautifully made. Clearly the product is worth the price. I have a normal foot size, not a fat foot or broad width. Can not get the booties on period! Poor design!! I was so looking forward to wearing them.

Even though these boots appear to be true to size ONCE you get them on, they were very difficult to get on. There is a very stiff part of the back of boot above heel that makes it difficult for your foot to "makes the turn" down into the boot. It took 3 five minute attempts to get one of them on. Once on they fit very well. I was very disappointed because I love the look.

I had high hopes with this boot, but it was too large and didn't offer enough support. Actually felt more like a slipper than a boot. Thought about reordering in a smaller size, but didn't do it. Guess I wasn't that excited about the product overall.

Holy macaroni. I have no idea how folks are getting their foot in this shoe! I thought I had a fairly narrow foot, but apparently not. I fought with the shoe for 5 minutes and never got anywhere close to getting this on my foot. Sheesh.

So I have been very excited to receive these adorable little boots. They came today. These are ridiculous, there is no way a normal about foot can slide right in these. They are sized so small it's like they are miss sized. Anyways mine are back in the box ready to send back. I went to a shoe store and got the skechers on the go boots. They are awesome.

I wanted to like these but I couldn't even get it on! These were perfect for going out in the winter when we have snow and need to keep your feet warm but the opening in the boot is so small and narrow I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe! I tried for a solid thirty minutes and nothing... very disappointing!

I have very narrow feet. This is the first time in my life that I've struggled to get a shoe on that fit me. Even though they're really cute, I don't want to have to struggle to get them on and off. Sent them back. Thanks for the great service, Zappos.
