These are super cute and stylish. I did not have any trouble getting my foot into them like some others had mentioned. I do have narrow feet and low arches, so that may be why. I'm not thrilled with the way that the fur in the front sometimes flips down when I walk, but otherwise love these boots.

These are really cute, but as many of the other customers mentioned, I couldn't get these on. My heel just would not go into the shoe, no matter how many times I tugged and pushed. 8.5 is 1/2 size bigger than I normally wear and I know the 9s would be too big. Too bad cuz they are cute - Ugg needs to rework this one.

I absolutely LOVE these boot, but like many others, found them almost impossible to pull on. After much struggle, I finally got them on....once! Other times I failed. I usually wear an 8 or 8 1/2 in UGG boots, so I ordered an 8 1/2 after reading the reviews. I'm sending these back and ordering a 9 in hopes that I can get my foot in them and that they aren't way too big because the one time I got them on they were very comfortable and I'm hoping to find warm, comfy boots to wear on cobblestone streets when we go to Portugal in a couple of weeks.

I wanted to like these, I really did, but when I put them on my feet all I could see were those pink moon boots I wore in the winter when I was a kid. Needless to say, I sent them back. ?????

Love the look but too small in my regular size. Size up at least half!

Too hard to get your foot in the shoe

I love the feel of these booties and the look - once I get them on. I don't know why they were designed this way but the small collar of fabric around the ankle makes it next to impossible to get your foot in, comfortably. Once it's in, I feel good and leave them on all day. Maybe it's just me but I feel like this is a design flaw that can be improved?

Really cute style but the size was way off I was able to slide my foot into the shoe without the difficulty other reviewers mentioned but the shoe was so narrow it felt like my foot was folded in half! Given the situation I can’t comment on arch support.

Soles are hard on the bottom. Not comfortable like other Uggs. Narrow cut in the toes also make them uncomfortable. Love the style and the look but not the feel.

My feet are very different from one another. I agree with some reviews - I could not get on of the boots on...but managed to do so with a shoe horn (just won't be able to slip it off at anyone's home - or I'll have to go home hopping on one foot). The other boot slipped on easily. I love Zappos easy return since I tried several other styles (which I felt were more stylish), but none were as comfortable. I am disappointed in the "fur" lining - which is polyester and feels cheap - not like my old Ugg boots which had a natural, soft lining. However they are warm, waterproof and comfortable for a full day.

I got a pair of UGG slippers for my birthday and love them. I normally wear an 8.5 and the slippers are a 9, but with Superfeet they are terrific. So, I bought these in a 9 expecting them to fit, WAAAAY too small without adding a footbed. Sent back
