These would be getting five stars if they were true to size. I should've taken the other reviewers advise and ordered a half size up to begin with. Sure enough, the were a half size too small so I replace them with a half size larger and they were perfect. There is no arch support (as with most Uggs) so they may not be great if you have to stand all day. Warm? Yes! I love Ugg boots and these are overall great and so cute!

I used the product for comfort and the fit and comfort is great I going to make Ugg my shoe for every day wear.
The shoe grip outside on ice or snow no so good.

I loved this boot the minute I saw it and had to have it! My normal size is a 7 so thats what I ordered. When it arrived I tried it on and could not believe how hard it was to get my foot in the shoe! Took about 10 minutes. Once on it fit perfect but I decided to get 1/2 size bigger to avoid working up a sweat putting on my shoes. Returned and re ordered with 2 day shipping to get before Christmas so I could take on vacation where its even colder than home and guess what!!!! Exact same problem except not after 10 minutes to get my shoes on they are now a 1/2 size to big. Still trying to decide on what to do because I love them so much but not sure if I want to deal with the struggle of putting them on. If anyone knows of anything to do to fix this problem, please share

I normally where a size 8, occasionally an 8.5. I have a high arch and could not get the size 8 on and exchanged for size 9. Have not received it yet.

Love the style and comfort. Super cute with rolled up jeans and skirts. My only wish is that the tongue of the boot were stiffer. They constantly flop over revealing the shearling, which makes them look more like slippers than boots.

Very comfortable and not too hard to put on. I ordered half a size larger after reading other reviews and it fits perfectly. The front part is slimmer than the classic UGG.

Really love this little ankle boot especially for indoors during Wisconsin winter. Had difficulty with getting boot on one foot that has a bunion,
but once it's on - no problem! Really like them.

I thought these were true to size, unlike many reviewers, and didn't have any issues with the strap being too tight. However, the 'flaps' on my mine do not stay upright as the product is shown in photos, there is a front and back flap and they are always lying down, so I think they look a little more like slippers than the boot look pictured. However, they are SUPER comfortable, and I've barely taken them off since they arrived, I am definitely an Ugg convert.

This boot is comfy casual and cute with leggings or jeans! Very versatile, I love this style. I only wish it was made with real fleece, like they were made originallyin Australia, the ugg pure wool does not wear or feel as good as real leather/fleece, it is too hot and doesn't breath. At least offer an option.

These are super cute and stylish. I did not have any trouble getting my foot into them like some others had mentioned. I do have narrow feet and low arches, so that may be why. I'm not thrilled with the way that the fur in the front sometimes flips down when I walk, but otherwise love these boots.

These are really cute, but as many of the other customers mentioned, I couldn't get these on. My heel just would not go into the shoe, no matter how many times I tugged and pushed. 8.5 is 1/2 size bigger than I normally wear and I know the 9s would be too big. Too bad cuz they are cute - Ugg needs to rework this one.

I absolutely LOVE these boot, but like many others, found them almost impossible to pull on. After much struggle, I finally got them on....once! Other times I failed. I usually wear an 8 or 8 1/2 in UGG boots, so I ordered an 8 1/2 after reading the reviews. I'm sending these back and ordering a 9 in hopes that I can get my foot in them and that they aren't way too big because the one time I got them on they were very comfortable and I'm hoping to find warm, comfy boots to wear on cobblestone streets when we go to Portugal in a couple of weeks.
