pls don't wait..order these...so comfortable..standing all day at work on old tired feet...i am new to uggs...why i don't know...but i ordered the other two mckays offered ...zappos just the best

Was traveling to a state who is experiencing super cold weather...(I'm a wimp) Ordered these and unfortunately they didn't get here on time (UPS fault not Zappos). When I got home I tried them on and WOW!! just like walking on a pillow! I am a solid wide in every show and ideally a wide if I can find them. I ordered a 9.5 and they fit perfectly! I am going to order other colors!(got these in black!) What a cute, comfy bootie!!! Thanks Zappos!!

This was for my mom who has wide feet and she loved it, she went with 1/2 larger and slip in perfectly. It's comfortable and warm.

Love this style! Super stylish, I can wear it with jeans or a winter dress. Went half a size up and fits perfect. Maybe the first time it was a little hard to put on, but now it stretched a bit and no problem. I also have a pretty high arch.

Best UGG boot ever! Great with skin jeans. I like the fact you can wear the fleece flaps up or turned down for two different looks. I have no problem getting my foot into the boot, but I have very narrow, flat feet. Normally wear a 9-91/2 in shoes but needed an 81/2 in this boot. Originally ordered a 9 but had to exchange for an 8/12. Love Zappos exchange process, so fast and seamless. I highly recommended mend this boot!

I really like these boots. I didn't find that the band across the top was a problem to getting them on. However, they do run small like many other reviewers said. I usually wear a 9.5 in Uggs and I believed it would work again. But these are too tight. Size up.

These booties are comfortable like other UGGS I have owned. I ordered my regular size and did not have a difficult time getting them on, as other reviewers have stated. I would recommend.

Great shoes, very comfortable and warm. I'm a 6-1/2, bought a 7-1/2 and they fit perfectly. Sliding your foot in the shoe is a little tight but once it's on, no problems.

I ordered 2 sizes-my usual 6 1/2 and a 7 and ended up keeping the 7. The 6 1/2 was a struggle to get on and felt a little short. I know that the wooly lining can flatten over time and make the boot a bit roomier, but I decided to go with the bigger boot which felt good right out of the box. I got the chocolate color and the boot is very cute, soft inside, and comfortable. Oh I did have to cut out the size tags that were stitched above the arch inside as they were scratchy. After that, the boots were perfect !
