I purchased two different sizes, one is too big and one is too small! The smaller size is hard to get on and off! The bigger size is wide and looks big on your feet!

I have to say I really wish the arch support was better. I liked the boots, they are great for the wet weather we have been having. The price was what I really liked for the quality. My feet stay dry and warm enough so I am sure I will get a lot of wear out of them. I was surprised to get an Ugg under $100.
I'd also recommend:
I ordered a few leading up to this pair. Some may be a little cuter but some were really heavy.

Once I was able to get my narrow foot in the boot, they were comfy but it took a lot of wiggling. I was looking for something to just slip on quickly and this is not it. I also didn't think they'd be warm enough for what I need. Returning and going with BOGS.

Loved the look of these boots, but sadly had to return them. I have a high instep, and found them difficult to put on and take off. Once on they were fine, but at age 77, I wanted something I could just step into and out of.

I ordered my size and I wish to use with the Ugg's warm socks. But didn't fit and when I order a size up was to big.
Is a nice boot but for this reason I didn't keep it. Other thing I wish was red one. They used to have in the pass.

These rain boots are great. I already had the Shaye in glossy black but wanted a less dressy pair. I will say it took forever for my boots to arrive due to an UGG error which you so ungraciously failed to correct even when asked. After waiting over 3 weeks I had a pair of replacement boots delivered by UPS after I had already driven an hour one way to the mall to buy them in store. Now one pair has to be returned. I will never buy UGG again.

So, the only reason I am giving these boots a 3/5 rating is because these are DEFINITELY water proof, however they are not meant for the really cold weather. We recently just got snow where I live. I walked on the snow and as I walked, I felt the cold traveling through the boot and into my toes! My piggies need to be warm!! So, I don't recommend walking on snow, or in cold weather... not very warm.

When I seen the boots I really fell in love with them they arrived on time and the price wasn't bad, but i ordered them a size big because i didn't know how they'd fit and after wearing them for a few hours the sides of my feet began to get sore I thought with the fur on the inside and me ordering them a size bigger that they'd be comfortable, but they're definitely not

They seem to run on the big side. I am exchanging then for a size smaller. Thick socks didn't seem to help enough. I ordered an 8 and am switching it to a 7.

I prob should have went a size up on these. Also didn't put socks on first. Literally had to use baby oil to get them off. But socks are definitely the key to these.

I bought this style and the Shelby. I preferred the Shelby... the Sienna had a large gap around lower leg (and I’m above average everything size wise). You can also tell how it will look if you check the video of the model. So these had to be returned as I kept the taller Shelby style!
