Boot was way too tight in the calf on a petite person. Too bad, because it seemed like a nice boot.

I was so excited to get these as I loved my other ugg boots. I ordered a size up but I still struggled to get these on and off. I do have wide feet and they were pretty snug despite having a bigger size. I never wore them out so can’t review their function. These were a return for me.

Just what I wanted, but almost impossible to get on and off. Once on, they seem true to size, have good support, maybe a little narrower than standard, and love the sheepskin insert, but if you can barely get them on, and hurt yourself trying to get them back off again, just not going to work. Maybe if you had very narrow, flat feet it wouldn't be a problem.

I really wanted to like these, but the material is very stiff, making it difficult to walk in these. Returning.

These run small through the arch. I love regular Uggs, but had to return both these and the waterproof suede boots because they are too narrow and constricting across the arch. A half size might work, but unfortunately they are only available in whole sizes. For people who normally wear a half size, the whole size up might be fine

After reading all the reviews from customers with the same wide calf issues I have, I was excited to buy these boots for the upcoming winter, to replace the Chookas I had from last year. Sadly, received them today and the fit is horrible. The boot hits right at the bottom edge of my calf muscle and is way, WAY too tight, making them impossible to wear. Now, after comparing the measurements to the Chookas I already own, I realize these boots are 1" taller in the shaft and 3/4" smaller in the circumference of the opening -- wish I had bothered to look and compare these numbers before I ordered. Guess I'll be ordering a new pair of Chookas with fingers crossed they've improved the construction from prior years (the shaft splits after only a few months of wear and the heel separates from the footbed). Super disappointed in these Uggs as I really wanted these boots to work!

The first pair of these boots were ordered in a 9, my actual size. They seemed large so I ordered them in an 8. These boots are very stylish and the 8 did fit but the outside of the boot was so filthy with greasy hand prints smeared all over that Im sending them back. I don't feel that I should have to clean shoes before wearing them when they are a NEW purchase. Never had a problem with Zappos before but Im not ordering these boots again, Very disappointing and surprising from a long time customer of Zappos. Creepy dirty boots...not good.

The size and fit are quite good. Could use a little more cushioning, but overall very comfortable. I have received many compliments when wearing these boots.

I live in these all winter.

Great shoes overall

These were great for walking in cold and rainy weather.

I really like them. My size 6 allows a slight gap at the top of the boot so wearing leggings leaves that open space for water to enter and thats the only thing I don’t like. Otherwise, they are cute and warm without being overbearing. Definently worth it.
