I purchased these for my daughter who has a narrow heel. We went down a size to try it but still too wide in the heel. Other wise she loved them. So tried 2 sizes and neither worked. I really appreciate the customer service you get from Zappos. Always wanting the customer to be completely satisfied.

I absolutely love these rain boots!! So comfortable, they don’t feel clunky like most do. The removable sheepskin insole really makes these boots feel cozy. The Sienna socks that how with the boots are great too!

I suffer from Raynods syndrome. It's really hard to find shoes that keep me warm. These shoes where amazing! They kept me warm and where not too heavy and stylish.

I gifted these boots to my sister in law for Christmas and she loves them. I have ones my self and they are the best ever. U don't slip, they have a good grip and they also have fur inside. Definitely favorite rain boots!!

I needed a shoe to walk in that awful parking lot at work when it rained. These were perfect, they were comfortable and stylish. As a car saleswoman these came in handy for me, I use to mess up plenty of my dressy shoes stepping in puddles. I'm glad my sister recommended them.

I recently moved into a new house in a neighborhood still under construction. These boots have been wonderful keeping my feet dry and warm while trekking through dirty construction rain water and snow/slush. I don't have to worry about ruining other boots while still be able to stay dry and warm. So glad I have these boots!
I generally wear an 8 to 8.5 but got a nine and they feel right for me.

I love these boots!! The shearling is lined at the bottom of the boot. You do have to shove your foot in a little but that makes for less movement in the boot. For me these work well

I bought these rain boots in 2016 and I still where them anytime it's rains or snows. They are my go to. And they still look amazing! I get compliments all the time.
