Zappos suggested a smaller size than what I wear. They were too small. These are what I would call "old man shoes." I usually wear Merrill Jungle Mocs...was looking for something a littler nicer. These are not quite what I was after. Looking for a nicer quality shoe.

I was looking for a light weight slip on house shoe, I like the way these look but they feel super cheap and were too tight to get on my foot. I'm sending them back and looking for something else.

Never even got it on my foot. Shoe opening was too small to begin to insert my foot.

My foot is wide so I need double E width (EE) footwear. These were much too narrow for me. The length was sufficient. The overall appearance was 'tacky' compared to other Clarks I own.

I think I got a defective item. I order two of these shoes, one brown and one black. Both shoes are labelled the same size and width (8.5 - EE). However, the brown ones is super narrow and the black ones are just right.
