I ordered these boots in a size 7. They felt too tight. Zappos made it so easy for me to return and exchange the size. They even emailed me the shipping label. I am now in a size 7.5 and they fit perfect. It took less then a week to make the exchange, the shoes are so comfortable now. Thank you Zappos for making exchanging so easy!

i love everything about these boots. so perfect for our winter weather here in ohio. the color is amazing and i love that they are non-skid and they keep my feet warm when i am out there in the cold. love it.

THIS IS A VERY COMFORTABLE SHOE. I HAVE TRIED ON SEVERAL UGG COLD WEATHER BOOTS AND THIS ONE WAS BY FAR THE MOST COMFORTABLE. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS SHOE.

I purchased these boots for my daughter. It has been a cold winter in Idaho and she loves having warm boots to walk around in. I love how stylish and comfortable these boots are. Very comfy and cute!!

Great looking boot! It is completely lined which is great but because of that go up a half size because the lining makes it feel smaller. In the picture the suede doesn't look at as great as it does in person. Very cute but more of a causal boot.

These are really comfortable, but definitely fit my true boot size vs my knit Uggs that fit a size smaller. The soles aren't as padded as I would like, but they're still more comfy than most boots I've tried. I can still wear them with no socks, which makes me happy. They're more narrow than the other Uggs, but the toe box is wider than most boots I've tried.

These boots are so warm and comfy. Unfortunately they were a little narrow for me and hurt my feet. I'll try sizing up a half size and see what happens. Still would highly recommend these boots.

Its been years since I've had a great winter boot thats warm , comfortable, & Looks cool.. Great style .. Lace them loose , fold over and pull on..OVER pants Or all the way up and wear UNDER boot legs.. Perfect heel and toe, Incredible warmth.. and.. so excited this boot offers half sizes for the PERFECT fit..

I wear a size 9 but when I read the reviews I ordered a 9 1/2. I had to return them for my original size. Very comfortable boots, many compliments on them. Never go wrong when ordering from Zappo's

These boots are so cute and comfortable. I bought the black and they are really nice. Warm and comfortable right out of the box! Found that they are true to size, didn't need to order a 1/2 down size as I did with traditional Uggs.

LOVE THESE!! I think they just replaced my traditional UGGS for the winter. I bought them in both colors because I love them so much. Super cute, comfortable & warm, you cannot go wrong!

I love these boots! I'm a 7.5, sometimes an 8, and I purchased the boots in a 7.5. They fit perfectly, and if I want, I can still wear thin socks with them. I wore them the week after they came and they were comfortable all day, plus kept my feet nice and warm. So, warm, comfortable and cute? Five stars from me!
