These boots are great! Didn't need any breaking in. I wore them almost every day on our ski trip (when not skiing) and they were so warm and comfy.

Love this boot! I have circulation problems in the cold and these have kept my feet toasty. Stylish and can wear with jeans, leggings, even tights and a skirt. Very comfortable- my new go-to winter boots. Will definitely buy in a different color next season.

I ordered the Chestnut color and loved them so much that I had to get them in black too! I'm normally a size 8.5, but because a lot of the reviews said they ran small, I ordered a 9 in the Chestnut. They were a little big, but I added in an orthodic insole to take up a little extra room and they fit pretty good. Still a smidge big, so when I ordered them in black, I got 8.5. They fit my foot perfectly! And I have slightly wider than average feet and a bunion on my larger foot, so I was surprised they aren't too narrow even in my normal size! Since I have large calves, I couldn't get them zipped, so I broke out the hair dryer and heated them up. It was a little work, but got them to losen up enough so I could zip them up. I tried on without socks, so if you plan on wearing them without socks or with thin socks I would recommend getting your normal size.

I have a pair of Ugg Abree mini's that say they have the Uggpure lining, but this lining is thinner. And the lining is everywhere, from the toes clear up to the top of the boot. If you live in a cold climate, where you have cold spring and fall weather (I live in Eastern Oregon where the only month of the year that is has never snowed in to my knowledge is August) these boots will keep you toasty warm! I've wanted to wear Uggs for years, but I just couldn't bring myself to wear what I thought looked like house slippers all around town. Plus the traditional Uggs, and even my Abree's, do not have good traction. I've fallen twice this week on snow and ice in my Abree's. Which inspired me to look for Uggs with a lugged sole and don't look like slippers. These are far from the shape of the original Uggs. They kind of remind me of cowboy boots, just not the ones with pointy toes. Sizing: I normaly wear an 8.5, on average, in most of my shoes. Some boots I need a 9 in if it has a pointy toe or it is insulated and feels like it squishes my toes. I buy a wide width whenever it is available because I have slightly wider than average feet, a bunion on the inside of my larger foot, struggle with ingrown toenails on both big toes due to footwear that squished my toes, and I try to wear my orthotics in every shoe that I can get them in. I'm not easily pleased, and quite often try on MANY shoes in a shoe store because I am so picky on the fit that I need. I'm short and also have thick calves (I'm 5'3" and my calves are 17" around at the largest point) so that presents even more of a challenge for me. My calves get wide where boots made for taller women are still slender, and tall boots end up gaping at the top because of my disproportionately short, fat calves. I've had boots I have literally been sweating after attempting to zip up over my calves! The struggle is real! Anyways, I ordered a 9 in these due to some reviews saying these boots run small. I should note, I tried these on without socks and am wearing them around the house without socks. Out of the box they are too long for my foot, and my heel slipped in them. But I can take the fuzzy Ugg insole out, put in my orthodic, and put the fuzzy insole back in on top and these feel great on my feet! Walking around the house, they still slip a little on my feet, but the nice Uggpure lining keeps it from hurting where it rubs. I was pleasantly surprised that they weren't too narrow on my feet even WITH an orthodic insole under the Ugg insole! They weren't easy to zip up, I got about 3 or 4 inches from the top of the boot and had to stop because they were too tight. But I left them on and let them warm up to my body heat, and was able to zip another inch, then another, then another until they were all zipped up. They are snug, but I imagine they will loosen up the more I wear them. I got these to wear over leggings, but I am wearing them under boot cut jeans right now and I think they look super cute! I was worried they would be too bulky to wear under jeans, but until I get them broke in and they loosen up on my calves, I will be wearing them with boot cut jeans. The day after I ordered these in Chestnut, I noticed Zappos put them on sale, and I REALLY wanted a black pair too. The black ones were sold out in 9, so I ordered an 8.5, knowing that I might not be able to layer my orthodic insoles under the fuzzy ones. Which is ok, I can do do without the fuzzy insoles if need be, but I just had to snatch them up in black while they were on sale!

I love this boot. It is very stylish looking and warm too. You can dress it up or down. Can't go wrong with this one! Love Zappos great service!

Love these boots. Fit my foot & calf like a dream. They are very comfortable, rugged & durable to do my crazy mom life in which is so nice too.
