Rubber cracked after a couple months of occasional use. Avoid.

The rubber in the front eventually cracks after couple of months of wear....the becomes useless

Soles cracked and turned into big rips and they aren't water proof anymore. Bought them full price :(

Wore the boots in the cold and snow for 3 days straight and holes formed in both boots. I had the boots for only 2 winter seasons and unfortunately was over one year past UGGs warranty.

When I wrote an email ( with pictures ) to the UGG customer address for complaints about how these boots had 4 rips throughout the shoes, bad ones, I only wear them during wet and cold weather so I use them less than 5 months a year and wear other boots as well. UGG didnt even respond to my email, at all. Complete joke. These boots will rip easy and then UGG will ignore your requests for a replacement.

Unfortunately, have to return. Got this for my boyfriend -- he found it uncomfortable coz of the way the seam was pressing onto the top of his feet.

These boots give the impression that will last long time but totally disappointed when the rubber cracked and leaked. Worst part of the purchase is that these boots were out of warranty. So at the end of the day if these boots are amortized for the number of days worn, I paid $12.00/day. Totally disappointed.

in the union of the rubber with the leather inside the boot is horrible. a piece of rubber sticks out that mistreats the foot

I walked through wet grass and my feet were soaked. I have worn these boots about 15 times over the last 8 months in mostly dry conditions. My first thought, after walking through the grass, was that my feet were sweating or something since the boots are practically new. The next morning I confirmed that the boots were leaking when I tested them in a 3/4 inch puddle of water. The boots clearly say waterproof on the tongue. I live in Georgia where we have warm/hot climate. I don't wear them often, just on wet/rainy days walking mostly from the car to the building or vice versa. I spoke with someone from customer service one morning and the woman sounded like she was half asleep. She wasn't helpful other that she told me to fill out the form online and send them in. I also asked her where I write in my complaint and she told me to print the from and hand write my complaint.My other complaint is that I could send these back, but shipping cost from either UPS or USPS is roughly $30. I shouldn't have to pay shipping on a damage product. I will never, nor will my family, ever purchase another UGG product.

Use to be outside watering th e grass and such,after being on the water grass for an 1hr 30min my suck was getting wet so it's not waterproof, they are comfortable .

I used this product whenever it rained, they're very comfortable and stylish the only flaw I saw was when I was walking and felt something rip on my feet. I'm not sure how if it was the material or something because they should have not ripped especially that soon.

They were to snug on the top part of my husbands foot and the insulation was less than expected. He says they don't keep his feet warm. Very disappointed

The first thing about thus boots is how uncomfortable they are, I couldn't stand them long, the second but worst is that all the time I wore them I felt my feets wet! The boots leak water!!! This is crazy but true! I am glad I could return the boots! Quite honestly the quality is awful and I won't ever recommend this

Love the look, BUT the portion of the boot where the ankle support meets the rubber base is painful on the interior. The first time wearing it cut the back of my ankle! Contacted UGG via live chat, waiting 45 minutes with no response because the Advisers were "busy at the moment".
