These are awesome boots for the price. Got a pair for myself and my daughter. Really comfy.

I have had surgery so problem getting a good fit. But these boots are very comfortable w a supportive sole. Amazon remains amazing w service and support w any returns. Been a fan for ? 20 years.

The Bella Zip boot was comfortable, unfortunately it was too small and the next size up was unavailable. I loved the look of the gray leather. It had a sturdy sole as well.

This is a beautiful boot. And it was priced below Ecco’s usual high price. Unfortunately I was hoping for more red in the color, which is a rich brown. I don’t wear much brown. So I sent it back.

I already had these boots in another color, so I knew they would fit and be comfortable. They did not disappoint. I would get them in a third color if there was another color available.

Beautiful but I should have gotten size larger. I used to wear 41 in Ecco. Now it’s 42. I think they’re smaller now.

These boots are gorgeous! And such a great color. They fit perfect and I wore them right out of the box. They are perfect

I always wear an 8.5 but I know that o need to order a 40 in ECCOs always. These boots feel like a narrow but and the left is more narrow than the right. I’ll keep them and hope they stretch, but I can hardly zip them with a pair of thin socks on. Disappointing overall.

These look and feel like a quality, sturdy boot. Unfortunately, they were too loose in the heel for me so I’m returning them.

I normally wear a 7 to 7.5 shoe depending on the brand. I ordered the 38 is this and it fit perfect. I wanted a boot that would go with leggings or jeans. These seem to be the best fit for me as far as comfort, look and not being too bulky or heavy. I want to be able to wear a shoe all day and my feet not hurt at night. These were great the first full day of wear! I love Ecco!!

I thought these were really cute and I liked the amount of cushioning in them. However, they were too short in length and a bit too narrow in the toe box.

I almost love these... They have the Ecco arch support that I love, seem very well made, and the color and overall look is nice (the box says "mink"; they're a reddish brown). Plus I got them on sale with a great discount. So I almost kept them, even though they are similar to an older pair of Miz Mooz that I adore. But where the leather on the Miz Mooz is soft, the leather on the Ecco Bella that hits just above my ankle feels too stiff. So, sadly, I'm returning them.

Too Narrow! Looking for a nice looking comfortable shoe for all day walking in Europe. These look great and I can tell that they would be comfortable if they fit. Unfortunately this shoe ran way too narrow for me. Length was fine but way too tight. Too bad because they checked the boxes on so many levels. Lightweight and rubber soled for stability and simple modern looking.

I loved these. The style and color were lovely. However, they were a tad too small. I wanted so much to be able to wear them that I waited to return them, trying them on several times before finally deciding that they are just too small.

The leather felt good, but the heel is a bit clunky looking an it was about 1/2 size too big for me.

Leather is iridescent looking more gray than black. Wish it had better arch support. While Zappos corrected order, I was disappointed that after my cc card being rejected and using a different card, I was charged more for 2 pairs of shoes. Since no receipt as to what I paid for shoes, my order was for 4 pairs, I would not have noticed had I not gone into my order history. Seeing that I was charged $ 110 for a pair that was $77 when ordered is disconcerting. They did correct. I was offered by another store a 20% discount the same day order was delivered on 2 pairs of the shoes that were about $200 per pair and they would not honor. They did honor the original price offered by the completion which was $21 less.

Really cute boot. Hated to return but was a tad too wide in the heel and for the pricey price I wanted a better fit. I'll try another style. If your feet are not narrow I'd say this might be a perfect boot.

They're a little roomy on me, but I have a low-volume foot, so that's to be expected. And it allows me to insert an orthotic. I think this will be good for city walking, even on a long day.

These are really cute and fit well. They’re just the taller version of Ecco’s low soft bootie. My biggest complaint, which is why I returned them is, the leather doesn’t look leathery. The boot looks like a rain boot to me which makes it too casual for what I was looking for.

I loved these boots...especially the texture of the leather and the double zippers, HOWEVER I need a narrow width and these only come in medium width. I have to return them and will probably stick with the Naturalizer because it comes in narrow.

Have purchased Ecco brands over the years. They are always comfortable! This particular style seems, for my (narrow) foot, wider than marked. I've added a foot pad to take up the extra space. Considering return policy with Zappo - I'd say "go for it"! :-)

This was a good fitting boot. Too bad it doesn't come in a regular leather. The suede was too casual for me.

These boots are super cute. Last year I bought a pair in black size 39 which fit fine after taking out the inner sole and inserting my special orthotics. The exact same boot in the same size this year (in brown) is quite a bit too small and tight. This is disappointing, since I really like the look and the color.

Although these are cute, they felt so thin walking on the ground like I was barefoot. Wished it had a more cushioned sole so returning them.
