I wear orthotics and there's no way they fit. Need to return and get wider, if available.

Bought these for my husband. He wears a 15 (14 in Steve Madden and converse). Bought these in a 15. I had to return them. His toes were squished. He tried with and without socks and they were just too small. The style is great. They look amazing in person. I would order a larger size but there isn’t one lol! I would suggest order a size or half size up!

Great shoe but a Size 15 was about a Size 14... they run small in the larger sizes

My husband really liked the shoe but it was way too small. He didn't want to wait for another size so he kept another shoe that was almost identical.

These shoes run small. the shoe material was ok.i did not feel they were worth the price.

Either the manufacturer doesn't know how to size or something stamped a size 13 into a 15 shoe - Not remotely close to size

Extremely narrow, as other reviewers also note. So if your feet are true Med., the Wide may work for you. A nice-looking shoe, seems decently made, but the sizing is pretty far from standard so the buyer will need to adjust when ordering if possible. Not a keeper here unfortunately.

I don't usually leave negative remarks but I could hardly get my foot in these. I ordered a full size larger and needed at least 2 sizes bigger. I am returning them as we speak.

I typically where a size 14 and after reading the comments I went ahead and ordered a size 15 just to be safe. I literally could not even get the shoe on and it was 1 size bigger than what I usually order! Disappointed

Was surprised with the quality of the leather on this shoe. Was expecting better. My husband does have a wide foot so not surprised there.

These shoes are great. Look nice and a great style. Problem is, they were a full size too small, and much too narrow. I had to return them.

Had a pair that was great but wore them out. this is not the same shoe. these are poorly made and do not fit well

I bought these shoes to replace an existing pair. Even though I bought the same size, these ran very narrow and I could barely get them on my feet.

Runs small. I could not fit in the shoe if I was wearing socks. The box clearly has “12 W” printed, but the shoes themselves do not indicate a width. (I am assuming the manufacturer only makes one with and didn’t tell Tommy Bahama!)

Ordered Orion tan crazy horse in size 15 wide. The negative reviews are accurate. The size is at least two sizes too small if not three. I could not even get my foot inside. Zappos would be wise to contact the manufacturer and pull this shoe from inventory.

I was hoping some of the reviews were wrong but they weren’t. I wear a 15 w and this is nowhere close to being the right size. They need to go back to the foreign manufacturing company and rework the sizes. Nice shoe but no way it will fit.

This shoe was supposed to be a 15 wide. I wear a 14 in pretty much everything and felt like I was trying to cram my foot into a 12 regular.

Beware: CRAZY DEFECTIVE SIZING! People said that the shoe ran small, so I ordered in my normal 14 M plus 15 M (both in PEBBLED TAN 2). I could barely squeeze my foot in the size 14. I was hopeful for the size 15 - but it actually was noticeably SMALLER than the size 14. Whaaaaat??! Maybe other colors and widths are not improperly sized - good luck to you.

The Orion model is a full size smaller than the Pagoda. They are both Tommy Bahama. It makes them difficult to buy without several returns.

At least a half size too small and tight. Getting refund and will try the size 15.
