I'm an retired UPS driver and comfort and support to me is so important for a shoe ! This is a great shoe !! I went with this shoe because of all the positive reviews and it does not disappoint . Because of the few brands available in size 16 4E, I've been buying a cheaper name brand and after 3 pairs of shoes lasting less than a year, I decided to buy something more expensive in the hopes it was worth the extra money. Dunhams aren't horribly expensive, but this pair of shoes as 2, 3 times the stuff I've been buying and so far, worth every penny. I hope to wear the soles out, not the uppers. Very comfortable, well built, good looking. I will buy this brand again.

I like the style and look of the shoe but it was a little too tight at the ball of my foot and I was concerned about comments others made about them not being completely waterproof.

I have a difficult-to-find shoe size of 7EEEE, and I ordered the Dunham based on other reviews primarily to use for my 2-mile daily exercise on the treadmill at the gym. These shoes fit BETTER than expected and provide the support and protection I needed; the shoes are a great fit for wide feet, and they perform well on and off the treadmill. I would definitely by them again.

My second pair. Comfortable and dependable.

Excellent shoes. They were comfortable from the first step. My last pair of walking shoes were 12D Clarkes Wave Walk shoes, which were barely big enough. The 12D Dunham Seth's were just a little small in every direction, so I exchanged them for 13D and they are great. No half size available above size 12. And 55% off! That might be an indicator the model is being discontinued, which often happens when I find shoes I like.

The Dunham Seth Waterproof has been a great shoe (this is my second pair). They are a little warm (part of being a waterproof shoe), but are well built and take abuse in stride. I've worn them as my daily shoes for 6 months, and still enjoy them. I'm a size 16 4E, so forget about finding shoes at the mall or your average department store. I used to be a New Balance fan, but their shoes have just become uncomfortable and fall apart quickly. Not so with the Dunham Seth. This is one of my favorites now.

These are proving to be a great winter shoe - not too outdoorsy looking if you do have more dress apparel on. They are comfortable with good tread. Great all around shoe for walking to work - good for snow, ice, puddles etc.

Husband liked this best out of 3 ordered. His normal 8.5 size and 4E width fit perfectly. Plan on lots of walking on a February trip and the sturdier structure and waterproof wear should provide warmth and protection.

They continue to amaze me. They are very sturdy shoe with great comfort. I purchased a total of 4 pairs. . And will continue to purchase all hind footwear needs from Zappos!

These shoes are just wonderful. The size is perfect so difficult to find a 17D. That is actually comfortable. The price was more that comparable to anywhere with little or no shipping cost. The shipping was quick and the company is very helpful and courteous. This order was just one of many I ordered this month for Christmas gifts. I purchased these shoes approximately one week ago and have held off submitting a review so I could bed sure I wasn't premature. My challenges are that I have very narrow feet and it has always been hard to find shoes that fit well. Additionally, I stand on concrete a lot. I needed something that was the correct width, supportive yet a bit cushy. These shoes are amazing! After having worn them now, pretty much non-stop for the past week, I can say these are the best shoes I've ever purchased and, due to my narrow foot, regularly purchase premium priced shoes. As a side note, my previous pair of similar shoes were Rockports which, are nice shoes but I experienced knee pain after standing on concrete for only a portion of the day. I didn't really attribute it to the shoes but with the Dunhams, my knee pain has gone away.

I bought these shoes in part due to the good reviews. I held off on my review as the shoes were uncomfortable before I wore them for a few weeks and broke them in. They are fairly comfortable now. They still feel a little tight. The soles seem a little large and the heels a little too short. I would recommend these shoes but at least for me they do takes some getting used to.

Good looking and comfortable

I like these shoes a lot. They are wearable but I found the sizing to run a bit small. Width is about right. I wear a 15 narrow, other sizes might fit better. I'm hopeful these will stretch a bit when they are fully broken in.

It ran slightly narrower than size, but enough so to be very uncomfortable after wearing for a while
