I have had 4 pair of the Devotion style and was anticipating this Devotion 2 would be just as comfortable. Unfortunately that isn't the case. Another reviewer stated that it didn't have as much cushioning and I completely agree. For me, the cushioning was definitely lacking which is unfortunate as I have counted on this shoe for the past couple of years. I wanted a shoe with updated colors, style but it isn't going to be this shoe. Appreciate the easy return to Zappos. Now searching for a new shoe.

Toebox too narrow and small toe immediately rubbing. Also, shoes felt as if no cushioning and i could feel the honeycomb of the insole, very uncomfortable. I needed a shoe with lots of cushioning and thought these had it. Maybe i misread the description. Returned

I purchased these sneakers in October after reading the reviews. I have tried them on several times and walked around the house but I have decided to return them because they do not provide cushioning and arch support. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and need comfortable sneakers for walking 4-5 miles per day. I will stick with Hoka One One Bondi 6!

I have been buying Ryka for several years because its the only brand that fits me right, or close enough. I changed color this time, from blue to pink/purple, and the quality is not as good as my blue ones. They are almost the same price, actually the blue was $5 less but the pink was on sale. It seems the quality has decreased and the price has increased.

Very comfortable and nice looking shoe. Wide fits my bunion without being too big in the heel. However, the mesh above the toe area is ripping too quickly. If not for that issue, I would definitely repurchase.

I ordered these based on the positive reviews but was disappointed. I went up a half size as I usually do when buying sneakers. I wear 9 w in shoes and 9.5 or 10 w in sneakers. The 9.5 w were way too small in the toe box and were too tight by the ball of my foot. The arch support wasn’t great either. I think I’ll stick with Brooks or ASICS for more supportive walking shoes. They are more costly but worth it.

Fit and size was not too far off than my old Devotion 2, but the material was awful with a chemical smell that was overwhelming . This dissipated somewhat, but I would not want to wear anything that smelled like that. So I returned the shoes. I hope Ryka addresses this problem or they have lost me as a customer.

I usually wear Brooks or New Balance as walking shoes. I read so many positive reviews about Ryka comfort, support and fit I wanted to try them. Overall I just don’t like the way they fit or feel, didn’t like way they laced up either, no eyes for the laces just slits in the material. Returning.

Sneaker did not offer much stability and in fact, I almost twisted my ankle when I walked on uneven pavement. It also ran small. But, the sneaker itself is attractive and with proper sizing, it would probably be a good fit for someone who doesn't need the stability.

I've always been a Brooks wearer, but thought I'd switch it up and try the Ryka after researching 'best sneaker for bad knees'. While I believe this shoe is probably good for people without knee issues, it's not a good fit for ones with bad knees. Although the cushion was comfortable it gave way too much and it was not sturdy. I wore them for about 30 minutes while I was walking and knew I'd be in pain afterwards. I was......I headed back to Brooks.

I loved my Ryka Devotion from 2 years ago. Now, after trying 5 different Ryka styles, I've concluded that they are really cheap, non-supportive shoes. At the time I first bought a Devotion, I was blown away by the fit, cushion & support for the $70 price, compared to $130 for my usual athletic shoes. But now it seems that Ryka has gone major cheap, because all of the 5 I just tried were incredibly lame. Maybe OK for a 20 year old with normal feet.

As soon as I saw these shoes online, I wanted them to be my go-to walking/gym shoes. They are prettier and more feminine than any other shoes I've seen. Trying them on, I found my feet were going all over the place. There was spring and bounce, but my feet were wobbling and ankles turning. Sadly they are going back. Oh, I wish there were a local Zappos store where I could try on different sizes and styles.

What is happening with the toe box of sneakers these days? Even Ryka's toe box is way too narrow. Ugh...

the fit was so so, the shoe tongue is very odd, not enough there and it leaves a gap between the shoe and the laces. The main issue is this shoe literally stinks, has a very odd odor. I had them in my spare bedroom with the box lid open and after a few days there was this very odd smell, took me a few minutes to identify the source... It was the shoes.

These were very comfortable and true to size for me. I've actually worn them out! They do look a little clunky in my opinion, but it's worth it.

The shoes fit great. This is my third pair, but this last pair is laced up in a very unconventional way. That is the only thing I don't like about the shoes.

Size and width perfect-- comfortable yet supportive.
