As a hairdresser I stand all day and usually come home with a sore back. These shoes have helped me feel great without issues when I get home. I'm not a sneaker fan but will definitely invest in another pair in a different color cause they are so comfortable to wear all day.

I only shop for shoes when I need to because nothing ever fits and forget about comfort. But not anymore. I actually bought an extra pair and a pair of boots and did it online in a few minutes. I've had problems buying shoes all my life until I discovered Ryka. I need arch support and narrower heels and everything I order fits perfectly. And they look great. I highly recommend these boots and shoes.

Wonderful walking, dancing, biking shoe. My last Ryka crosstrainer was great for running (bought for chasing my kids, as I hated walking in my old running shoes) but this one is not as good for running. Still, as my third Ryka pair, I am sold on the brand. I will be checking the Ryka website for my next buy, though Zappos is where I'll likely order. Super comfortable for daily wear.
I'd also recommend:
check out oll the Ryka's till you find the one for what you are doing.

I bought these to replace my Ryka Grafik sneakers, which were made of a stretchy material that didn't hold my feet in place. My toes were always sore after dancing.
The Grafik 2 are so much better! They hold my feet in place where they should be because they're made of a stronger material and aren't as low profile as the original Grafik. They are nice and supportive for my workouts. I have only worn them for a couple weeks, so I don't know how they will hold up over time yet.
I have bought several styles of Ryka cross trainers over the years for Jazzercise. These are similar to the Exertion. I always buy a half size larger than I normally wear in Rykas. These seem a little tighter than normal but since I always size up they still fit great.

This sneaker is super comfortable and supportive. I use it for zumba, body sculpt class and walking. It's light and attractive.

I have worn Ryka for years but this is there best! Very light weight and lots of support for aerobic classes, high or low impact, and also great for walking. Very pleased.

I have 5 pairs of Ryka sneakers and all excel in comfort and performance. The Grafik is light weight, comfortable, provides good support and is true to size. I wear them for Zumba as well as running on the treadmill.

Although this shoe has fabulous lines looks and color, I had to send it back because it was just too narrow for my feet.
I'd also recommend:
the Ryka Influence fits a wider foot better with more toe room

I love these shoes! I purchased them as an alternative to the SkyWalks that I have worn previously. But this shoe seems to run smaller than the SkyWalks, so I have to return them. I will purchase another pair of SkyWalks as I am sure the size works well for me.

When I purchased this shoe I had not heard of Ryk before. When they arrived I immediately put them on and was amazed at how perfect they fit!!!!! This was the first shoe in my life that I put on and though "I don't even have to break this in!" They have been amazing for running- never done more than 5K so not serious impact on them. Purchased the Grafik 2 and wasn't quite as impressed.

I ordered this sneaker a 1/2 size to small, returned it and was able to get the right size. They feel wonderful on my feet, this is my third pair of Ryka sneakers!

This light-weight shoe is marvelous. This is my first pair of Ryka. I specifically bought them for Zumba and U-Jam fitness classes and I am thrilled with them. It took several attempts to get the right size, but it was worth the back and forth. My other pair are Asics and I think the Ryka are better -- there's more support while also feeling light-weight. And the color scheme is more muted, which works for me.

I just received my Ryka Grafik 2's and have used them for nine workouts and they have exceeded my expectations! This is my first time wearing Ryka shoes and I am 100% happy with them. I am a personal trainer, 61 years old, and my favorite workout style is bootcamp. I have purchased several name-brand athletic shoes over the years and never had a personal favorite brand but Ryka may become my all-time favorite. I was specifically looking for a shoe that would provide lateral support during turns and even doing side planks. The Ryka Shoes work great. They do not slide on the fake grass during sled pushes, also a problem I had with my last (more expensive) shoes, and they feel very good and very supportive on my feet. I wear size 5-5.5 and went with the 5.5. The fit is fine. I do not have any serious foot problems, but the soles of my feet do get fatigued and sore with a minimal style shoe. I have a small bunion on one toe and there is enough space in the toe box so the bunion does not get irritated.

I've been away from Ryka shoes for a short while because I wasn't pleased with their overall performance. However, these shoes had the style I was looking for and a price that was more than competitive, so I decided to give them a try. I have been very pleased with their excellent support while being so lightweight. I've only had them a short while, so my overall opinion will depend on whether they last at least 3 months.
