Cool boot, but! - Initially I received a size 11, which was the Zappos recommended size for me. Too small. So I returned them and just received a size 12. Better but not great. My heel swims around a bit and I will need to add an insert to compensate for that, which is a drag. So here's the thing, these boot do not come in half sizes, which is too bad because an 11 1/2 would have been perfect. It's my size! Hey 'Bogs Product Development Team', there's a reason why half sizes exist!!! I'm sure not having half sizes is more efficient, less tooling, inventory, more profit, etc. but really? I would have paid a bit more for an 11 1/2. Thank you for reading.

I've had mid-height Bogs and been very pleased with them and decided to try the Bozeman model. I'm actually disappointed with the new boots. I'm not a fan of the hand-holes in the upper as they are not helpful to me in any way and possibly just an entryway for snow or water. I don't know if that design has contributed to my issue or not. I cannot wear the boots without added protection on my shins as the first time wearing the boots I had a rub point on the left boot at the center top of the upper that wore off the skin on my shin in a circle about the size of a nickel. Left boot only - although the right boot rubbed some too. I have since kept a round plastic jar inserted in the left boot to try and reshape it and eliminate the rub point. Things haven't changed. I would have rated these boots a 5 star if they had the effortless comfort of my past Bogs.

I wore a boot similar to these that are designed for TruGreen. They are very comfortable, however they are taller than TruGreen's boot, and that makes them too tall for regular socks. Other than that great boot.

Really awesome boots. Docked a star only because they run big. I'm a true 11 (Reference Asics Gel Kayano 27), and this boot runs a half-size large. With a thick sock they were manageable, but would have preferred to size down a half size.

The boots are great. So easy to put on and take off. Has really come in handy when I go skiing and now have to get ready in the parking lot. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the loop inside the back of the boot rubs the back of my leg which is quite annoying/ painful when out hiking. Other than that I wish I had gotten them years ago.

Quite pleased with these boots. Easy putting on and getting off, with the side handles. A little roomier than optimal, but with thicker socks, they'll be fine. We had a lot of wet snow yesterday here in New England, and I fearlessly walked with the boots through deep slush. The boots appear to be injection moulded with no seems, so they are water tight. I'm heading into winter with confidence.

Love the product but after trying them they were to narrow so I was packing them up to ship back when I notice on the box that I could take out the insoles and that would make them fit for wider feet , and they fit prefect now and I love them.

Great boot. One negative is that it's def not a warm boot. Besides that, I'm satisfied

Top narrow in toe box. Ultra Mid Classic is a better fit. I wish the tread was wider. You feel like it wants to roll to the side.

I ordered men’s size 13 in the Bogs Men’s Bozeman Mid boot. I am a woman that wears a men’s athletic shoe in Brooks brand size 13 wide/2E. I removed and measured the actual removable flat black insole in this size 13 boot and the insole length is 12.25 inches long. The boot inside back heel has a small protruding cushion heel bump pad I am guessing to prevent heel slip which brings the foot forward about 0.25 inches. My larger foot longest toe to heel measures 11.25 inches. My short at home standing up try on foot bed feels comfortable but walking and use comfort TBD. A bit clunky not too heavy hope that will be warm in 10-20 degree winters. Room for heavier sock or other orthotic in size ordered.

Well made, sturdy. Design gives you the sensation you are standing on a ball. While standing in place, you have to do some serious balancing to not move or let your foot rock forward or back. My husband and I wear the same size shoe, so it is two thumbs down. This boot is for a specific use, not the casual wearer.

Love them. Just wished they came in 12.5. FYI: I use my own arch supports.

I need to wear a sock higher than the boot top. Top of boot was abrasive on my shin. Getting older skin is not what it was. Can put on and take off without bending over a big plus.

Decent boot. Not really that comfortable. Durable. Waterproof. But fit needs a ton of work.

Initially I got a size 11, the size recommended by Zappos, I assume by analyzing data my from prior purchases. The 11s were too small so I exchanged them for size 12. Unfortunately Bogs do not make half sizes. I kept the size 12 boots even though my heels are swimming around in them. I will probably buy an insert to compensate for the size issue. It's a drag. If anyone from the Bogs product development team is reading this - please reconsider your decision to omit half sizes.

Daily winter use in Alaska. I use Boot Gloves over them when it gets below 10f (sold for ski boots)...my feet only get cold when I am snowmobiling below zero. They have good traction in snow. They don't keep my feet warm below -10f for more than a few hundred yards. -70 is preposterous...and I doubt anyone at Bogs has ever experienced it. I have in fact. I don't care for the handholds in my calf length boot, as they make them more like an ankle boot in deep snow...snow goes in the holes unless the holes are covered, and I can slip in and out of the boots without bending over to pull on them...which I like.

They are comfortable if a bit undersized. Warm below freezing, but there is no way to -70...my right foot gets cold on a snowmobile at 10 above. Maybe that one is a dud.

These boots are practical for my job. I am a butcher and need protection from many things. The issue I have is the tag at the top of the boot mid calf wore a sore in both legs.

I love the product, and your customer service was excellent. However, the first pair came in two different colors, the left boot in gloss black, and the right in a sort of muddled black or green. We called, explained the issue, returned the boots, and were sent a second pair, with the promise that they would be quality checked before shipping. The second pair arrived with the same exact issue. We then returned the second pair, and ordered a third pair from Dicks Sporting Goods. They arrived in three days and were perfect. Joe B was great on the phone, apologized, arranged for the return and re-send to meet my needs, but the China manufactured boots did not match each other. I wore the new (third pair) tonight and they did everything as expected: Warm, dry, good traction in the snow, and comfortable. I will buy again, but hope you get your colors to match.

Used them for Ice Fishing in 30 degree weather feet got cold after 1 hour of fishing.Went back to my " Mickey Mouse Boots " that Uncle Sam gave me on my way to Vietnam. They never fall after to keep your feet warm.Only problem at 80 a little too heavy to wear on the Ice now.Thought this new boots would solve the problem but said to say they did NOT.Rated for - minis 60 degrees do not believe it.Will be in next yard sale.
