I ordered the boots directly from BOGS since I did not find a local retail outlet. I selected the boots based on positive youtube reviews of this type of boot. The boots are well made. I typically purchase size 9 1/2 normal width shoes. I purchased size 10 boots. I experience a great deal of difficulty removing the boots due to a very tight fit from the top / front of the ankle bone (talus) to the heel. Even with removal of the two inner soles the boot removal is very difficult. The boots are very comfortable and not difficult to put on. I suspect I should have ordered size 11.

The big boots were working out great. They were keeping the feet dry and warm. I thought I finally found good boots. Having my boots a few weeks now and the sole/ heel of my of boot gave way. You hear a suction noise when I step. My heel is sitting lower now. Great boots but don't last long.

This product runs small .. had to return it ... my husband and son both wear an 11 and it didnt fit either one.

Well made but they run extremely Small and I will have to return

I bought these last year and when it gets to 20 degrees outside, the bottom sole gets so hard that when walking on concrete it's like wearing a pair of skates. I would not recommend them for anybody who needs to work outside on concrete when the temperature drops below 32 degrees.

I bought these good durable boots thinking they were slip resistant for my work but come to find out they are not i was slipping all kinds at work and was very disapointed

Wet feet all day! Starting on day one. Hopefully Bogs will refund as this is unacceptable.

I have ordered a pair of your boots through another distributor. They come highly recomended but unfortunately they are too small in the calf.

There is a serious design flaw, the handles, allow snow and other moisture into the boots.

If this review survives the cut, I would highly suggest you look elsewhere for boots. I bought a pair about a year ago at a local dealer. The very first time I wore them the left boot literally filled with water from a leak in the lower portion of the boot. Thinking this was a fluke, and hearing the same from the dealer, I exchanged for a second pair. Once again, the first time out the leaked and filled with water while I stood in about two inches of water. I can't even bring myself to go back to the dealer so they got me. Way too expensive for this to happen.

We are generally lovers of Bogs boots. I bought my husband the Bozeman recently. After three light wearings the boot started separating at the upper seam and his feet were getting soak and wet. I have written to customer service several times to as about this book and a return or exchange. I have not year a response in the past two weeks. Despite our previous enthusiasm for Bogs this is a disappointing experience both in relation to the product and customer service.
