I like the look of these flats, the bow keeps them from being boring and plain. I do wish they had some arch support. I think my feet would tire if I was standing or walking in them.

I LOVE this shoe. I have never been motivated to write a Zappos review before, but this shoe is just the best ballet flat. Worth every penny and SOOOO comfortable.

Runs HALF A SIZE too small. I am a 7.5 size and the 8 fit me well, still a little tiny snug, but with some wear it'll fit perfectly!

I LOVE this shoe! I purchased it for an upcoming trip to Milan - I returned the B width and opted for the C width instead - there was a big enough difference for my bunion to be happy and not too sloppy on my other foot. So comfortable out of the box TOTALLY worth the price point - I will be getting more colors!!

Super cute shoe. Love the color, though not sure "Zinfandel" comes in this dark of a shade. The gold plate in the center of the bow catches my eye when I walk around in the office and makes me smile. Normally wear a 6.5W or WW. This 6.5W fits great -- like my other Cole Haan shoes (i.e., not too high on the back of my heel). The right shoe is a tiny bit tight where the bow sits (right foot's slightly bigger), but not so much that I'm worried it won't loosen with regular wear). Support is good, though could be better -- definitely better than the Lucky Eaddas I recently purchased, which are also adorable, but flat as a pancake!

So cute, comfortable with some support. Runs true to size. I got a 7W - I have a very wide foot with bunion, fits perfect.

Best shoe I have purchased for work in past 5 years. Comfortable, good leather, excellent fit. Can wear for 14 hour days without any issues. I bought 3 pairs!

These are very comfortable and cute. I ordered several pairs, ranging in prices, in wide width. the others did to compare. I wore these throughout a two week trip in paris and Italy. They are pricey, but worth it. I'm usually an 8.5, but sometimes 8 in ww, and had to get a 9ww.

These are the perfect flat. I recently had surgery on both feet and have been struggling to find comfortable flats. I probably could have used a wider width but they didn't have it available in my size. Although, the normal width still works well and hardly gives me any discomfort until after 12 hours of wear. But for me that is with any shoe, so these are now some of my favorites!

These lovely flexible comfortable shoes look absolutely great on my feet. Very flattering, and that's saying something about my size 9.5 wide feet. They look graceful (and they feel great too).

I ordered this flat in a 6AA. I've had problems with Cole Haan not being narrow enough for me in the past. This flat was spot on as far as size and width. I really like the snake print as it is on trend this year. I will be wearing this neutral flat for years.

These shoes are cute and comfortable. As a teacher, I spend all day on my feet. Wearing these shoes, my feet feel great at the end of the day.

The maple sugar color looks and feels like butter on my feet. These dressy flats are very cushiony and flexible and have a nice rubber outsole. I like that the inner heel is smooth and has a bit of padding for comfort, but these feel a bit snug all around. I love the look of these, so I'm torn over whether or not to keep them. Hopefully they stretch a little and won't be too tight as my feet swell throughout the day.

This is a great shoe and worth every penny. Very cute and comfy. I am not thrilled with the canyon rose color so exchanging for the maple sugar.

I've only worn this shoe for 2 or 3 days but I really like it. Nice look, has a very low wedge, which keeps it from being totally flat. If they hold up well, they will be a favorite.

A knee injury has meant no heels for a while. These shoes are flats but look stylish and are very comfortable. I plan to buy them in other colors as well.

I ordered this shoe with several other flats, and this one was by far the most comfortable. It didn't require any breaking it. Although it has a fun print, the colors are neutral enough to wear with variety of colors.

I have a hard time finding shoes as I have very narrow feet, so I was excited to find a cute pair that might fit. I ordered the 9N in both the Black and Maple Sugar and am in no way disappointed. Very comfortable, fit great, and super cute. Well worth the price!

Cute and comfortable; I love Cole Haan flats. I have at least six pairs. This is a nice alternative neutral that goes with so many things.

Super cute shoe, yet even the "wide"shoe is too narrow. The shoe was too small, tight. Returning for a different manufacturer.

This was the exact style I wanted, but the toe was too narrow compared to my old Tali Bow flats. Had to return.

As previous reviews have noted, you'll definitely need to go up in size for this shoe. I am normally a 7.5 W and ordered an 8 W. I am returning because the wide just isn't quite wide enough. I feel that the next size up would be too long. I definitely think this is more narrow than most shoes designated as a wide (I ordered 2 other flats in a 7.5 W that were just fine).

These are absolutely beautiful, but Cole Haans wide is hardly a wide. The leather is very soft and I am tempted to keep them and try and stretch them but something tells me it's better to admit defeat and send them back.
